★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pure SCAM artists. Stay away at all costs. They installed a faulty alarm system that goes off when it has been completely disarmed. When we complained, they sent a technician who was a flaming misogynist and tried to convince me I was confusing my house alarm with the smoke alarm. We would disarm the alarm in under a minute and they would still dispatch the police and then bill us for false alarms because we didnt answer the call from the monitoring station that calls from 1-800 number from the USA with no caller ID (forgive me for thinking disarming the alarm is sufficient to signify that there is no issue). Turns out - they tack on an extra $30 to every false alarm invoice, trying to pass it off as the fee from the police. We ended up being falsely billed with nearly $1000 worth of these "false alarm" fees because the monitoring station never receives disarm notifications.

He is very organized, detailed oriented and provided excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our 1st time meeting up with them. But Kris N. was very attentive and helpful with our needs/wants for the security system. We spent almost 2 hours of our appointment but it was a pleasure experience to be able set up our home security system to our new home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently used Smart-Tech for all of my home security, automation and home theater needs. John was very polite and friendly to deal with. I have read some of the other posts and people have shared service was a nightmare...… I personally had issues with an HDMI thrower multiple times due to moisture from my hot tub, they were very responsive and came out quickly to resolve. Pricing was fair and installation was top notch. Highly recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Kris Naidu she is extremely professional.She never pushed anything on us as far as sales she was very knowledgeable and made our experience dealing with Smart-Tech easy and not stressful. I can only hope that when it comes time for our house to be built the technicians will be just as pleasurable to deal with. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Kris!

He is very knowledgeable and has been very easy to get a hold of. All work has been completed in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not instal your alarm from them. My alarm system was installed by them in DEcember 2021, since now never worked a single day properly. They will fraud you by binding you into 3 years contract, and then will make you pay for the services which will never delivered to you. I am tired of calling them to fix my alarm system last six months. I never seen such a unprofessional work.
I don't know why builder (MNM group) recommend this company to us.
