She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect pieces for our outdoor space and the products they carry are all of the highest quality. Needless to say, the service here is impeccable and we only now shop here for our outdoor needs. Highly HIGHLY recommended!

I had bought a lot of furniture from them in the past so I thought I would see what they had now, unfortunately, they didn't have what I was looking for this time, but I will be back. They have good quality furniture, at a fair price. The store was clean and the sales rep was extremely helpful.

While assembling it we found that the solar panel would not lock into place as it was too small. We were at the store the following week to pick up other items and explained the problem. They treated us as if we were complete idiots and didn't understand the concept of how to turn a screw. They said they would order another solar panel which we had to pick up the next week. When we brought it home, it was the exact same problem. I called and spoke with an associate who took my information and said she would leave a note for manager to get back to me. 2 weeks later I had heard nothing so I called and left a voicemail. Another week goes by and still nothing. When I called today I spoke to Susanna (manager) and had to explain everything again. She said when I was ready to "surrender" the parasol to bring it in for them to look at. I told her that I didn't live close which is why I had it delivered but she didn't seem to care and said I had to bring it in. Once I did that, they would examine it and if she couldn't get the panel to lock in they would send it away for repair which would take approximately 4 weeks. For the amount we paid for the parasol I find this unacceptable and would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service/care.

She helped us to secure a sold-out 10' black parasol to bring shade to our backyard. Every single staff person we dealt with was excellent - we are highly impressed and will definitely be recommending DOT and shopping there again! Thank you so much! We LOVE our new parasol!
