★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent sized plaza anchored by a No Frills store and a Shoppers Drug mart. Some take out food places and a wide array of other stores. Loads of parking. Busy corner of Davis Drive and Yonge Street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been noticing the prices in your Stores getting way out of hand to High for a Second Hand Thrift Store ? You get the stuff giving to you from us the " PEOPLE " For Free !! Except it take it to your Stores and sell it back to the us the " PEOPLE " ? With these " Crazy Prices " ? Like for " Clothes a pair of used jeans like $ 10 dollars and up to 38 dollars ? Our you People for real ? You People that work there they should be investigating ? You take the good Stuff that comes in and puts it aside for yourself or someone else that works there and wants it ?!! We have Proof.. You know what we our talking about lower your Prices and Stop ripping off the " PEOPLE " That give you work !! Give a little back and Stop being so Selfish !!! Give the Poor a break and lower your Prices there way out of hand on most of your Products Price way to High ?? Thank you for your till on this matter..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stores in this strip mall have been moving in and out for several years now, but now with the No Frills and Shopper's Drug Mart, things feel more stable. There's also a great Fabric Land that has a badly angled sign that get covered in snow in the winter and disappears. Really bad entrance/exit into their parking lot, though. Avoid during peak times if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seen this strip mall grow since I moved to Newmarket in the early 90's. Always a nice place to shop and hang out for a bit.
They have nice fast food restaurants, grocery store and other household stores that you can browse. Big parking space and convenient. Over the years the plaza has upgraded the facilities to be more modern
