I have never had a prescription ready, when I go to pick it up. It's always a 15 minute wait. Trying to call them is even worse. It's the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. It's hilarious how we all get a generic response from customer service. Try doing something to make things right.

This pharmacy is horrendous. Not only have they given a family member of mine the wrong medication (the wrong pill in his usual prescription's bottle) but they never fill anything unless you go in, ask for it upon pick up and then are told to come back hours or days later. Honestly, we should have reported them for the mix up with the medications. Not acceptable and a sloppy, overrun pharmacy.

I don’t typically complain about an negative experience unless it’s really bad. Took my daughter to family doctor, who kindly waited for us @ 8pm in the night. Stopped by Shoppers at Davis and Yonge, in Newmarket. Long story short, dropped prescription off at 9:02pm. Didn’t get answer when it would be ready, as typical kids antibiotic and blue puffer. So, decided to wait and just shopped around the store for approx 20min, then went to pick up desk. Waited for antler 15min, behind 1 customer as they were trying to figure his prescription. Finally, lady comes to ask “I can help who’s next” and then she said we are still mixing. I guess they had to mix kids dosage to 200mg child dosage, as the box was 600mg, is what I presume? She takes my benefit card and does her data entry, then disappears. I heard her ask pharmacist to sign off on the mix. We waited just beside the counter, for another 20 min, before asking, and she says it was done, and needed pharmacist to sign off. I didn’t make a scene, but was fuming inside, as daughter is coughing like a storm, as she patiently waited, over an hour for her medicine. No sympathy or apology, as that would probably be the least to expect. All customers were cleared out, before us as we sat waiting beside the counter, with no direction or acknowledgement. I will never go to this pharmacy and will just file a complaint to Head office. I just don’t think this is acceptable. It takes a lot for me to complain, and this would be my first social media complaint. I typically provide positive experiences and feedback, to our canadian businesses. This experience was a nightmare, especially when my daughter needed to be out of the store, as she coughs every few minutes!

My doctor faxed my prescription at 11am. I went to pick up my medicine at 5 pm and it was not ready. They asked me to wait for 30-35 minutes. When i complained they said okay 20 minutes. As i’m writing this review, 45 minutes has passed and i’m still waiting. They need to understand that people are in pain and can’t wait for almost an hour. Not only that our time is as valuable as theirs and it’s not fair to wait for a medicine that was faxed 6 hours a go. The sad part is that this is not the first time that this shoppers had made me wait to get my medicine.

Went here with a few friends and while we shopping we had 4 employees following us around the whole store. Whenever we went somewhere else inside of the store they would peak their head around the corner, just to see what we were doing. Made my mom feel uncomfortable by following all of her kids around the store, had people come from the back of the store just follow a couple of teenagers. She felt so uncomfortable that she went to a different shopper's to do her shopping. Would recommend coming here if you want to be followed around the store and if you want to feel uncomfortable with people watching you the whole time your shopping.

I never write bad reviews but the experiences at this Pharmacy has motivated me to do so. I would give this place zero stars if I could. People’s medication should be handled with serious care. Mistakes greatly impact the customer and their health, especially when these mistakes happen numerous times! This place had made mistakes with my medication at least a handful of times. I would get a notification that my medication is ready to pick up, only to have to come back again because nobody would have any idea where my medication is. Another time, they would tell me that they never received my prescription, even though I had called the day before and they had confirmed that medication was ready for pick up. Recently, my doctor had called in for my prescription and they messed that up by canceling the medication that I needed and refilling the one that I didn’t need. There was another time where I picked up a new medication and wasn’t informed that the pen didn’t include the needle head so I had to make another trip back. There’s been several times where they would tell me that they’ll reach out to my doctor to request a refill and that never happens.The list goes on. There’s a lack of accountability for these mistakes. Nobody there really cares and has the “not my problem” attitude even when they are the ones who messed up. I’ve transferred to another pharmacy because this has created such a horrible experience, doesn’t value the customer’s time nor do they handle their customers with care.

Unorganized, messy, confused but at least polite. Every time I ask for a refill, I receive a confirmation that my medication is ready for pick up. I go there but they would give me supply for a few days and say the rest will be ready next week. Then why did you send me a message saying it is ready for pick up? Do you like to annoy people? What is wrong? I don't have time to drive there 3 times a month just because you can not follow the procedures properly. I will be writing a letter to the head office and will complain about this issue. It has happened many times for me. I even called them and asked if it is going to be ready this time. Unacceptable.
