★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service imaginable. Very caring and prompt. Rented hospital bed, bath transfer bench and commode.
These were used for a couple of months earlier this year. Gary delivered, set up and provided good education to us. He picked up when we no longer needed. He was careful to do know harm to our floors, walls.
Now, we need a walker. Of corse, we are going back to Gary at Home Medical.
We feel safe when dealing with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store was quite messy, hard to find or identify items. There was one woman there and no other customers. I felt like I was bothering her every time I asked a question. After paying for my item she seemed in a hurry to get me out of there. I don't recommend it if a friendly and helpful environment is important to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the store to inquire about a wheelchair. The lady, (I believe the owner) spent most of the time on the phone. She was not interested in my problem. I must say I was drawn to this store as the sales person Pat was very caring and helpful. Sadly, she was not there the day I visited.
