If you are a health professional or own a practice, I strongly recommend not to waste your time like I did. I don't plan to order from Surgo again. Oh and your call gets disconnected after a few minutes. Forget about updating anything on your account - it's impossible.

I had to call their help center with a few questions, and the lady over the phone was extremely nice and helpful! The tracking said it was going to take over a week to get to me, but it arrived within the same week that I placed my order! Great place for medical supplies!

I called on on Dec 29, 2021 to check the status of my order and to enquire about possibly picking up the order instead. With an upcoming family vacation, planned long ago, and delays with most shipments, I really wanted to have the N95 masks for my family ahead of time. The lady who answered my call was so incredibly pleasant and really went out of her way to make my request possible. She managed to have the order picked and ready for me within 30 minutes. She actually apologized to me for the time it was taking for her to make try and make it happen. Imagine, apologized to me for her doing me such a big favor. Surgo is very lucky to have this fantastic person as an employee. I am so bad with names, but she was working the phone at around 9:30 Dec 29, 2021. Thank you to her and to the warehouse staff who really took the time to take care of me and my family. You have truly helped to keep us safe during these uncertain times.

Placed an order from Surgo for two boxes of paediatric size masks and received them within 24 hours!! I did not expect order processing and shipping to be that fast and I am SO pleased. Due to the demand from omicron, I’ve waited up to 6 weeks for masks before from other companies and this was such a refreshing change. Thank you SO much!
