For the past few years our soccer team has been training with Lia and we have seen significant improvement. The trainers help to strengthen specific areas or muscles, and will personally help you recover from injuries. They guide you through proper workouts and how to complete them correctly. The gym is a clean facility with professional equipment that is sanitized after every use. It is a very positive environment with friendly people to encourage and guide you through workouts.

This gym consists of a great facility with fantastic trainers and owners. They work with a variety of people assisting in each persons unique needs. I've been attending the gym with Mike for the past 3 months and quick to say that he isn't just a pretty face. He really knows his stuff and pushes his clients to be the best they can be. They treat you like family and work to help you achieve any goals. Definitely recommend coming to try this gym!

I had the best experience with the BST Team. Ruben and Lia the Co-Owners keep the gym spotless as well put in the time and effort into making the whole experience welcoming and a safe environment for all involved. They put you and your goals first. They are happy to help out and answer any questions you may have. All in all I highly recommend BST

Could not be any happier with my experience at BST and with my trainer Kelsey! All of the trainers are always in a great mood and very friendly to everyone there. My trainer Kelsey is amazing! She’s super easy to talk to. She has taught me a lot of exercises with and with out weights and proper form. She understands my goals in the gym and has helped me on my way to achieve them! She does a great job of motivating me while working out and making the gym space welcoming and not intimidating like other gyms I’ve been to or seen. I feel more confident and stronger each time I walk into BST and work out with my trainer Kelsey! It’s I great environment with great people and I have recommended to many friends!

I really like the team at BST. They have taken the time to tailor a program specifically to me and my recovery. Mike is a pleasure to work with. His knowledge, skill, and professionalism is exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been seeing some great results and am looking forward to continued progress. In addition to personal training their MAT specialist Eric has been working tirelessly to get me on the road to recovery after an injury with great results. I highly recommend the team at BST.

I have been training with Mike at BST for the past 9 months and realize how very fortunate I am to have been paired up with such a professional and knowledgeable trainer. I come with a few chronic issues and Mike listens, asks questions and always has ideas on how to go forward. He uses his insight, skills, techniques and appropriate equipment to adjust the workouts to focus on improving my skill set and promote my health and well-being as well as my abilities. My experience at Blood Sweat Train has been nothing short of exceptional. The facility is not only great but Kelsey Irwin has been an amazing trainer, pushing me to past my limits helping me achieve my various fitness goals. Both her professionalism and enthusiasm make things safe and welcoming something I was looking for as I have social anxiety. I highly recommend her for those getting fitness who may be a little shy.

I have trained with Hayden and can say that he is extremely knowledgeable and has great attention to detail when he's working with his clients. Hayden always makes sure that the movement you are preforming feels good specifically to you and takes a very individualized approach to each client when it comes to his training techniques. Hayden is great explaining specifics and encourages you to ask questions to ensure you get the most out of your sessions. He always makes sure that we are focusing on proper form and poster in each movement while continuing to challenge me in every movement. I have continued to see my strength increase and have seen amazing progress. I highly recommend Hayden when choosing a trainer and Blood Sweat Train facility as a whole.
