They explain their bills in detail and are honest and upfront about cost and time to completeion. The work they do is excellent and lasts. I have taken three cars here and have not had any problems. I would recommend this mechanic to everyone.

They are extremely honest and will not suggest unnecessary repairs or maintenance. I've even had a couple of times when I took my car in and they performed little extras (such as fixing the hood release when it broke) for free because it only took them a few minutes of work. They charge very reasonable rates and I've never had any issues with the quality of the work. Summary - honest, good prices, good quality work, easy to get an appointment

They WILL try to scam you if they think they can get away with it. I was quoted roughly $1000 to repair my air intake hose and Mass airflow sensor ( 3hrs labor & parts) Funny thing is after the mechanic (guy with a big beard) told me the estimate he told me he would have everything put back together in half an hour, after taking the bad parts out to examine. This obviously was a red flag after being quoted for 3 hours of labor. I ended up asking my mechanic buddy about it. He laughed and sent me a link for the parts. $25 for the air intake hose, $150 for the sensor. The job included removing 4 screws and took me about 20 minutes, and I have 0 mechanic skills. I was going here for over 3 years as i thought it was a great, honest shop. I was clearly wrong.
A	AD Peterson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are absolutely useless, I left my vehicle here from open till close 3 separate days to fix one little thing and nothing was done. All they do is tell you what was wrong with it and say “well need about a day to fix this” then they do absolutely nothing with your vehicle. Strongly recommended not wasting your time with these guys because there just going to charge you for telling what’s wrong with your vehicle. Absolute and utter joke of a mechanic shop

Excellent communication and fair prices. Highly recommend. They also safety Motorcycles. Honest update on items to be addressed in the future and price for the inspection was good.

They said it was just the cost of the part. I was nieve and thought they were honest. Time goes by and my car died so it was scrapped. I pulled the distributer out and checked the price. $266 on Amazon and no more than $300 at Canadian Tire for a new part. They charged me $550 for it before taxes. I honestly don't understand how they decided to charge me almost double the cost of the item. I know they replaced the spark plug cables so that's maybe another 75-100. I will never be returning to master mechanic and this one in specific.
