Could not have been more rude and unhelpful, only told us everything wrong about our dr prepared list and offered no solutions, walked out. Went to OrthoHealth, they could not have been more opppsite. Go to OH, avoid Wellwise Nwkt.

Customer service here is a joke, I called to ask if they carry 60ml catheter tip syringe, and the women Rosie response was “what’s that” and went further to say they only stock one type of syringe the “regular kind” I then asked if they stocked a connector tube for a Mickey button. At least this time she was able to make a guess that it was a g tube. I will never use this place, Medigas is way more appropriate for medical stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told to wait until the Lockdown was lifted to return an item that was defective. When I arrived I was treated rudely from the beginning because I was returning something . I was abruptly asked if I opened the box I said of course I did or I would not know it did not work.
She refused to solve my problem and she dismissed me . I was given no
Explanation or reason and I have a broken item that was never used and I am out $80.00.
I am so disappointed please shop else where.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous just Ridiculous service rented a knee walker which is busted front wheel is about fall off. We waited 5 days for this one they can order a different walker which would take an other 4 to 5 days. But some one has to go drop this off when they get the other one has to go pick it up. I ask them if they can deliver because some should at least check before you send out the product to new customers. Nope it's 15$ for deliver I have to pay.
The hospital gave me 10 different places I don't know why I picked (Wellwise) newmarket.
I just want my money back I'll order it from somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Wellness store is a medical supply store run by Shoppers Drug Mart.This is only the second one I have visited and I much prefer the Ajax/Pickering location. Came in looking for compression socks. The area is a little smaller and how do I say it, the staff is a little less accommodating than other stores. Ended up buying them some where else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would strongly recommend do not shop there. They sold two pairs of compression socks for$220.00. They did not told me this is final sale. I opened one pair when I got it and it is garbage. I cannot wear it and when I went there for a refund they simply denied it. I asked them to send it back to manufacturer and give me a refund and they refused. They did not even refund the one I did not even open. Beware and do not shop there since you will not get any service from them. Waste of money and time.
