I am so grateful for all of the help I received. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this location. Shout out to Ashley who took my call today! Thank you for answering all of my questions and making this process so much easier.

Horrible customer service. I was in the office of close to King Dr. they are so rude. I was waiting for 20 minutes to buy a an air filter for my CPAP machine. There is no sign of how to register and what to do to get in line. Do not go to this place which is on third floor. I went to another supplier on Lesli and HWY 7. He was very friendly and the best customer service I got. These people are not professional and wasting customer time.

I had the most horrible experience with Medigas Newmarket located in Newmarket off of Leslie north of Davis. They should be ashamed with how their receptionist Melinda treats patients. She was extremely rude and not willing to help. I had first visited Medigas in March and received the quote to submit to insurance. I finally received word back from April from insurance for coverage. When I called Medigas to tell them I received insurance and had questions, concerns and was able to come in to complete. I was told initially my file had been closed since it was a month old. I then explained I had received a call the week before confirming file was open and waiting on insurance. Melinda then huffed and rudely told me to hold. Clearly not wanting to go look for my file. When she came back on she said " I have it what do you need" I explained Insurance is under impression Masks and filters are covered now and asked if she could check that or update quote to reflect that days pricing. She refused and said kept saying that nothing has changed. I asked to speak with a manager she said no can help me. I asked if I could speak with the rep I could hear in the background asking what was wrong and was told no one else is there. I said I could hear her in the background and Melinda responded with no one else will help me. After being refused help I ended the conversation in tears and immediately called MRC Healthcare. After a 5 min call at 4:30 on a Friday I was invited over and helped immediately and comforted after my horrible ordeal at Medigas. If you want great customer service and to be treated with kindness like all patients should be I hands down would recommend MRC Healthcare. If you like rude, bad customer service and unhelpful sales people then go to Medigas.... They treat people like crap and have horrible service! IF Medigas was my only choice I would go without treatment and suffer the consequences..... I would never recommend Medigas and doctors should not be either. I had no choice but to give 1 star but know if I could have it would be 0 stars! This location should be shut down, restaffed or at the very least train your employees in proper customer service and how to treat patients!

I should have read the reviews before wasting my time visiting this location. Had a bad experience with this location and the way they treated my mom. Instead of helping her she is more stressed and worried now. I will go out of my way to find a different location that are more friendly.

Excellent Service and wonderful, friendly staff! The staff were very helpful and explained everything very well. I received my CPAP the next day delivered to my door, as they said it could be. Slept like a baby last night! thank you! ??

Amazing customer service!! Valerie helped me get to know my new machine and she was very thorough, polite and engaging. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Thanks to all in the clinic!! (Especially Valerie!)

I contacted the Medigas store in Newmarket as I had a problem with part of the CPAP equipment. I inadvertently damaged one of the hoses while cleaning it. It turned out that this was not covered and to replace it was my responsibility. As usual the staff were extremely helpful and very professional upon speaking with them. Once I reported my problem with the damaged equipment, they volunteered to replace it at no cost. I highly recommend their services.

I dealt with Valerie Beck though the entire process of purchasing my cpap machine. An appointment was set for a phone consult and I was able to choose my equipment and have all my questions answered immediately. I was able to do curbside pickup at the store within an hour of my consult. Valerie definitely knows her stuff and is a great asset to Medigas.
