★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a bios BP Cuff monitor in 2014. In summer 2021 I bought my second unit. I leave the oldest one in my gym bag and one at home. Over the years I found these unit to be comfortable, quick reading, large numbers, easy to read, and great to service. I ordered a new cuff for my 2014 model which arrived from bios in two days.
I had a problem with an open box monitor that the drugstore would not take back. Taked to reception and taked to Refunds. No problems. I'd recommend BIOS products.

The performance of the monitor is great with excellent repeatability. The comfort and strength of the cuff meets the top clinical standards. Excellent device!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. Very poor quality of the product: the readings are inaccurate, compared to the readings from my doctor and the pharmacy and the buttons of the device are defectives. In addition, very bad customer service, and to return the device, you have to pay the shipping costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent site to purchase items like a blood pressure monitor, with ratings from Hypertension Canada clearly shown. Lots of information on each model, which was important, since there are so many with different features. I am very happy with the model I chose.
I was surprised how quickly the product shipped, given it was mid-December.
Overall, a great find for those who need a blood pressure monitor! I am glad I found them!
