I was in line behind and elderly women and the cashier Matthew was amazing. He helped her load her cart and was very respectful. When it was my turn he was very funny and we had a great conversation.

Just had my shot at this pharmacy. Stephanie and Mr. Sun were very professional and patient. They were quite busy but you can tell they have an efficient system. Completely satisfied service. Thank you for your prompt service!

I’ve been a loyalty shoppers customer for a long time but this is the first time I feel so angry and have to comment here. I went there for shopping some cosmetic for my mum’s birthday, a friendly lady helped me first and I got the right lipstick even she was not familiar with all the products but she was very patient. And after I checked other area and came back she was off, then I saw a lady (Anastasia V) and asked her for some products question but she answered me very impatiently.... ok fine I started to looking for the products by myself.... THEN she came long and suddenly told me in a very rude way that I could not touch anything only by the service of them! Wooo she was so COOL hah? She did not provide me any service in advance and at same time she told me not touch anything!!! I was very angry then I told her what your nice colleague did for me and she started to find some other excuse.... Obviously this is prejudice, I started to came down because I did not want to give up my mum’s gifts so I told her to pick up a product for me, AND what makes it more funny was, she hold the product and let me have no where to check only by her (because she want the benefits), ok All right I paid my money quickly and swear never came again. I still can not believe this kind of prejudice happened in our beautiful and peaceful town Aurora.... Actually I did not have any questions about the rules during COD, but how can we hire someone for the service job who had such a bad manner, Shoppers?

What a freaking joke here! I checked online before I drove all the way here. Their website said this location has flu shot available for walk in, I came and waited 15 mins at the line and they said they are by appointment only and the next available appointment is 2 days later! What kind of customer service is it!? What a big ??? company!!

The pharmacy said they would fax a prescription to my doctor....my doctor did not get it. After 30 minutes on hold I went to the store only to find out they had the wrong fax and address, despite me letting them know 3 months ago he moved. Went to buy something and pick up a lottery ticket...no one was at the register. I finally found a small Bell to ring...rang it waited and left without a purchase.....this is the second time this has happened at this store.

Rude, ableist, difficult I am Autistic and this team has an issue with my RX every single month. Some members of the team are so difficult that picking up my RX is humiliating. I have anxiety when I call and arrive. There is always a problem. I am treated like I am scamming for my doctor prescribed medication by several pharmacists here. Learned through local friends this Shopper's pharmacy has a reputation for rude& poor quality service going back at least a decade

CLERK IS STEALING PC POINTS IN BEAUTY SECTION!!!!! I was told that I HAD TO check out in the beauty section while purchasing a perfume, and was asked if I had an optimum points card. I did not, and said no, only to discover once I had driven home that SOMEONE ELSE HAD TAKEN MY POINTS EARNED!! This showed on my receipt. When I drove back to shoppers and questioned it, I was told that it was for a “charity points account.” I then asked to open up my own points account. The items had to be refunded and rung in again for me to earn the points. I realized that when I got home AGAIN, THE CLERK KEPT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT from in the bag I had brought perfume back in (STEALING THE PROOF OF THEIR ACTIONS). It was very obvious that the clerk had definitely taken my points and placed it under their account. TRIPLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!

One stop shopping for so many things. There is a decent selection of food items at this location but it isn't the biggest. This location has a pharmacy but does not have a post office. Good selection of books and magazines. Great staff. 3 self checkouts.
