N	Nick Ryeland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prompt, effective and efficient service. I got a walk in appointment about 10 minutes after arriving, saw the doctor and had a prescription filled and was out the door within 45 minutes of arriving. Very happy, highly recommended.
B	Breanna Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less than 1 star. Absolutely terrible. They do not have a working phone... Who doesn't have a working phone. There are alternatives to ''bad connection''. Get a chat function. They tell you to email them but don't have an email on their website. Ignorant and rude staff who only seem to care about their coffee and going home to ''sleep''. Doctors off site or not in- yet accepting walk ins. Consider using one of those online apps that call you at a dedicated time. And save your self hours of headaches.
A	Andrew Welch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading other reviews, there seem to be several that comment on how the doctor wouldn’t look at their ear thoroughly despite the patients symptoms. I’ll add another. I went in today (just as a walk-in, have a family doctor) due to some severe pain in my left ear which I thought could be an ear infection. I was told the doctor would not see me in person and would call me. Our phone call consisted of me explaining my symptoms and her explaining I probably had fluid buildup due to recent congestion. She recommended Advil and a prescription for a nasal spray. I was content but wished they would just take the moment it would take to look in my ear to see what the problem was. I ended up going to another clinic in Aurora for a second opinion. I was seen by a doctor within 5 minutes, she looked in my ear and it took literally 2 seconds for her to declare “Oh yes, it’s very infected”. It’s not the misdiagnosis that bothers me. It’s the fact that they wouldn’t do the simplest check on an easily diagnosed issue. As mentioned, it took the other clinic no time at all to diagnose the real issue just by simply looking in my ear. It’s bad practice and seems to be a common issue. I highly recommend checking out the Allaura Medical Center for a better experience.
J	Jonathan French on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO HERE. We’ve been twice with our 16 month old and they refused to see her both times. We went yesterday and were told it would take 1hr to get a DR on the phone. We received a phone call 20 secs later and the DR immediately says they can’t see her because she needs COViD test. We went to hospital and were told they don’t do regular COVID testing anymore. This clinic is either misinformed, negligent, or both. Knowing they wouldn’t see her, they called immediately and likely claimed the DR visit fee from OHIP. Save you and your family’s health and go anywhere but here.

So then I tried my on line booking on their web site but came back by e mail asking me to rebook again at a specific time. I replied to the e mail asked her if she can rebook for me but she turned me down. Asked me to go through the web site again. But web site only has a time slot which makes it difficult for me.This is only a few small booking request and it should not be that difficult. This went back and forth for several times. Very unacceptable service.

I can't book an appointment with my doctor and for "walk-ins" you need to call ahead very early on the same day for a chance to be seen. Virtual calls are so unreliable and problems are easily misdiagnosed. I tried to book an appointment online for Wednesday, it was listed that my doctor does Wednesdays 9 am - 1 pm (virtual) and Thursdays 2 pm - 8 pm (walk in only). I received an email back saying she only does walk-ins on Wednesday 3-8 pm. Went there today at 5pm and was told they were booked up completely. Drove 25 mins to this clinic to be turned away and told to try again tomorrow! The clinic was completely empty so I'm guessing "walk-ins" are all just virtual and you have to call same day to be put on a call list. Save your time and go to somewhere else. Service is GARBAGE.
i	ingrid wadsworth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic posts hours open until 3 on Sunday, yet twice when we have tried to go and arrived by two we were told very abruptly and rudely by the receptionist that the doctor was not seeing anyone further, yet the waiting room was completely empty with an hour left until close . The receptionist should not be dealing with the public is their first issue as she lacks customer service skills and didn't even attempt to find out why we there and see if a doctor would see us. Secondly shame on the doctor for misleading people that this clinic was open until 3, you are in health care to take care of health issues so perhaps re-evaluate how people are treated upon entering this clinic and either see patients or please hire doctors that want to do their job as clearly the doctors at this location don't In light of all the negative reviews this clinic has I strongly suggest they get rid of all current staff and start fresh, its truly disgusting to treat anyone seeking medical attention this way
W	William Reel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few weeks ago I brought my daughter to the "walk-in clinic" as I was convinced she had an ear infection. It was 7pm and the clinic closed @ 8pm. The intake people said the Dr.(s) were busy servicing virtual patients and they wouldn't see my daughter (who was visibly in some distress due to the pain in her ear). The clinic was completely empty and it seems a bit odd that there's no Dr. available to service actual sick people who arrive at the "walk-in clinic". Why call it a walk-in clinic if you can't actually walk in and see the Dr.? Just lock the door... I guess virtual appointments are more profitable... Some of these places have really taken advantage of Covid... Pretty sad. I have rarely given a google review (I think this is my 3rd) and I think this is my first BAD review, but I felt compelled to write something about this place. Judging by the reviews, I'm not the only one who thinks this clinic is garbage. I would this clinic zero stars if it was an option... Do better for the next child that appears in your clinic. I will NEVER go back to this clinic...
