★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had Dr Okrahvi for the most of 3 years or so she is the best physician I have had the pleasure to be connected with. When I started showing signs of disability she helped me understand did all the right tests and between her and myself we found out I was pretty bad . I totally recommend dr Okrahvi to everyone she takes the time to listen and really wants the best for her patients. The staff is absolutely awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very bad experienc, we are new commer in Canada and this morning was the first time that my 3 years old kid was in the clinic in Canada, just for vaccination and when doctor came to the room told him dont tuch my things and he was not kind , she didnt want to spend some time to be familiar with kid, she just wanted to do her work and go to another one, but my son is just kid who need to know a doctor isn't a monster ! A doctor can waot for him to learn the clinic is good for his health, but the doctor just say ok catch him hard! She was not kind, there is no candy or loli pop or even a stamp, what is the price of a candy??? Thats just nothing to creat a good memory in the kids mind, today my son cried a lot in the clinic and out of there just because the doctor behaviour and its not just about today, Im afraid and worry about future that every time we would go to the clinic he would remember today .
That was awful
If you cant behave with kids just let the parents know and we go to anothrr clininic in this larg country

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to this walk in clinic several times for my kids.
Doctors and girls at the front are very professional and caring. I would have gave this clinic a 5 star. However there is a gentleman at the pharmacy with a beard who is rude and unsanitary as I watched him pick his nose and did NOT wash his hands before handling my sons prescription. I thought this was very unprofessional especially during a pandemic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience at this clinic. The front desk ladies are awesome, nice and very responsive. I was dealing with a tonsil infection for many months where my family doctor dismissed me and did nothing to help. I saw the great reviews for this clinic so I decided to reach out and they made me an apt with Dr. Okhravi asap and she actually listened to me, made sure the lab processed my sample and got to the bottom of my infection and she was able to cure it. Thank you so much everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my go-to walk in clinic for years until I finally decided to switch & make it my family practice as well. That's how good they are.
Their reception staff are always on the ball, their email system is impressive, and the clinic space is immaculate with air cleaners in every room. As you'll see in other reviews they have a reputation for quickly and kindly figuring out issues that have been ignored elsewhere.
I grew up in Aurora and I recommend this clinic above all others in town, and I've been to them all believe me.
