This store is awesome! Been going here for 6 years, it has changed but still fantasic! I love all the staff!

This location has in the past charged me full price on sale items but really that’s not my issue it’s how rude the women who work here are. I called the other day to inquiry about something in the beauty department and was talked down to. It’s called customer service. Some, not all, of the staff here need a lesson in such instead of acting like snobs.

Bought a gift card for my husband's birthday it was a play station 4 gift card for $50 bought cologne as well went home and realized I was charged for a $100 esso gift card instead went back to store nothing they can do about it! This was a birthday gift and I already don't have alot of money! This was their mistake not mine why a ps4 card would ring up as an esso gas card I have no idea! Store was not helpful and the original employee who I purchased the gift card and cologne from was extremely rude

Fantastic!!!! They were so helpful and attentive with my in laws for their boosters! Such wonderful care and service!!! Thank you all in the pharmacy department !! ???

Very unprofessional. Got a rapid test today thinking I would be negative but sadly It was positive. On top of needing to wait 15 minutes after my scheduled time to get tested, the pharmacist then yelled out my results even though I was in whisper range. It was very embarrassing and not only do I need to deal with the bad news of getting covid, but also the embarrassment of the community knowing as well. I am very depressed and angered

I love this store so much! I go here nearly every day and the customer service is just amazing! I wish I could give this store 1000+ starts! They always have fresh fruit and the employees are so nice to me!

Moved to the area recently and was looking for some medications and care products. Store was huge and I couldn't find what I was looking for initially and there were no staff around to be seen (were they all on break?). A pharmacist (Stephanie) ended up helping me find what I needed over the counter so at least the pharmacy staff cares about customers.

I’m writing today because I have had enough with this pharmacy!!!I have had many issues with this pharmacy. First a while back the rude Asian lady. I had to pick up a prescription and wanted to pay for a body wash she yelled in front of an entire line up that I’m not allowed to pay for that here. And I nicely told her that I have purchased things here before and since it was one item I would appreciate if she would do it. She then scolded me loudly saying “well this is the last time don’t ever do it again” I was extremely embarrassed. Then theres a girl called Merna who is very rude and has zero customer service. I called in one refill prescription for my husband and she told me to pick up tomorrow. I asked her if I can pick up today even if it’s in like 5 hours, because I was worried he would go with out his blood thinners. And it’s very scary for us. She rudely said you do this all the time so no sorry and she hung up. So today topped it off. It is 8:35pm and I have been calling since e 7:00pm the pharmacy picks up and says hold and doesn’t even listen for response. I waited on hold for 20-30 and continued to call back to ask a simple 1 sec questions they did the same thing. I called downstairs to see if they can grab the attention of the pharmacy and she said that she would buzz them and tell them to answer. So they did and said is this a refill I said no and they said well then you have to hold. While I’m writing this I’m continuing to call and she keeps doing the same thing. I believe it’s Merna. I recognize the voice because my husband is a big client for them and I call frequently. I can appreciate and understand that they are busy but I am EQUALLY A CLIENT!! They just lost our business and I will be contacting their governing body to discuss how my local pharmacist have zero compassion, Empathy, and lack of professionalism. To just name the few!
