For the horrible service I have received from (Shayli) who is also an instructor and teaches micro blading if I could I would give her 0 star. I was referred to her by my family Members as I was scared to go to anyone else and I had came to Toronto just to see ( Shayli ) for my brows. When I initially met her she asked me to pay her in cash and not pay with debit/credit but I payed for my deposit through my credit card as I didn’t have cash on me. I saved up this money for a while especially in this pandemic where I also lost my job to get my eye brows micro bladed before my birthday. Shayli did my first session and after 2 weeks it faded away and I called her to rebook for my touch up and she started with ignoring my call and emails for few weeks then the second lock down took place. I messaged her and explained to her that were in a lock down and I don’t expect you to break the law and do my touch up but what other options can you give me as I’m moving back to Vancouver in mid may. Remember the first session faded away after 2 weeks and I have pictures to prove it. She responded back saying listen I don’t care your moving back to Vancouver and I’m travelling back to Iran for business soon and I won’t have time to do your eyebrows. And afterwards when I return I will have to quarantine for 2 weeks so come afterwards. I mentioned to her 3 times my flight is booked and paid for may.15 to return back to Vancouver. She replied listen I don’t give refunds and it’s not my problem your moving back, and I said I have paid you close to $700 and my eye brows are faded to a point where nothing is showing. She denied it and keep on saying listen I won’t do your eye brows during this lock down and respect the lock down. She was copy and pasting this over n over. And I said I’m not asking you to do my eyebrows I’m asking you now that you have ruined my eyes brows at very least please refund me half of it for not even doing the touch. After a few hours she called me 4 times back to back and when I answered she was extremely Rude and disrespectful, She even didn’t listen to me and she hang up the phone.I told her I will put all this incident on your google review for people to read it and not go through what Shayli put me through.I also have before and after pics and also her abusive and disrespectful messages I can post here as well for you to be more aware of her unprofessional behaviour. We’re all in the pandemic together and during these tough and sad times as were all in it , let’s pls stop Shayli from scamming innocent people.

I did my eyebrows and lip shading with Shayli. She is very great. I had my eyebrows done with other artist and i was not happy but shayli fixed them and i am truly happy with my brows now. She is very talented and i highly recommend her as a master Artist.

I'm working with Shayli Garmehie for a while and I find her Honest, Professional, Super Clean and also she has the highest knowledge on beauty & Health. I have a awesome experience with her.

Wanted to do something with my brows as was not happy with them.. discussed my options with Shayli and after she actually showed my what microblading would look like as a test run I told her I still wanted a masculine clean look. Took my chances and was happier with the final result than I thought I would be! Very pleased , so men .. go for it !! I think u will love the result ! Steve S Toronto

I had a horrible brow experience and spent years removing the bad microblading I had done. I did a lot of research and found Shayli as a result. I went to her hoping to correct my brows to something moderately okay as I felt they were hopeless and beyond repair. I walked out ASTOUNDED with what she had done! They were better than my wildest dreams! Natural looking, fluffy, flattering, just over all perfect and way more than I could expect. I knew being a ‘master trainer’ I was in good hands but I could believe the result. Shayli corrected years of insecurity! I am so grateful I was able to get in to have her to the work. Highly recommend.
