I walked in off the street with no appointment and shellac nails looking like they've been through WW3 due to incompetence at another salon (see other review for details and where to definitely NOT go). The ladies there weren't fazed in the least and were very welcoming. I ended up under the care of Nicki and omg what a woman! Very gentle, professional and TALENTED! She cleaned my disastrous nails up and more than a week later they are still on and looking fantastic. I will be booking all my future appointments here in the future. Strongly recommend this place!

I have been a very happy Perfect Pinky customer for 14 years. This is a place that you can come and feel at home. The ladies show excellent care and I always come away feeling better. Thank you Christina!

I have been going to A Perfect Pinky for several years now. Nicki does the most amazing French manicures and the pedicures are amazing. I love the professional environment but the casual feel. I have visited many salons before and am impressed with the quality of the products that they use and the way they make everyone feel at home.

I was there today. As always, i received a warm welcome. I had an excellent pedicure and my toes look amazing and my feet feel wonderful. A Perfect Pinky always provides great service in a relaxing atmosphere. I have been a repeat customer for many years.

These ladies have been my saving grace for over 15+ years. I tell everyone that the only place to have nails done is Perfect Pinkie in Aurora. Personally, I go to Phylis but all the Pinkies are great. The atmosphere is comfortable and the team is welcoming. The Spa is clean and the service is professional!

Had a wonderful pedicure done here with Nicki, who is just the sweetest. She was thorough, detailed, and took her time with the entire process. Very relaxing and my feet are left super soft! Extremely clean here, with additional Covid precautions which I especially appreciate during these times. Everything is wiped down and all tools were super clean. Great service :)

I love coming here! The ladies are so welcoming and do such a great job. Always make sure to stop by for a mani or pedi when in town.

Around 2 hours for a beginner shellac manicure... When I entered the salon there was an overwhelming smell of chemical (I've never been to a salon with such a potent scent), Christina said she could do my nails (a shellac manicure, no design). She was by far the most unfriendly technician I've ever come across. I picked my shellac colour (which Christina later let me know wasn't the best colour for my tone), and proceeded to get the laziest cuticle trim (which was cleaned up on the 2nd round because lots was missed on the first shellac attempt). She asked me if I was happy with my nails as I wanted the shellac as close to the cuticle so grow out would be less noticeable, I wasn't happy as the edges were uneven or polish on the skin. Once the manicure was complete I knew something didn't look right... because I realized something was wrong Christina figured out she put a "top coat" as the "base coat". Good thing this was noticed so I didn't have to pay $45 for polish that would fall off within the week, round two I chose a new colour and Christina was making it very clear she was frustrated and annoyed with her mistake... but I tried making a joke "glad we caught that" but she wasn't having it. She then informed me this was her "first shellac rodeo"... since she couldn't get the edges right she had Phyllis fix them up, Phyllis didn't even say hello... but at least she semi fixed my nails. I'm giving one star because after almost two hours of working on my nails Christina let me know it was free of charge for her mistake, which I believe is 100% fair because it was a mess) but gave me the hot towel while I was washing my hands, instead of giving the hot towel at the table where in the first round she cleaned off the excess cream on my hands. A positive is that CUSTOMERS that were in were all very friendly. Please refer to photos for uneven shellac application, uneven edges, polish on the skin, and forgotten cuticles :( Very disappointed. This is my first negative google review, usually I go to Toronto for my nails, but thought I would drop into Perfect Pinky because the reviews were good and this salon seems to have loyal customers.
