p	para papa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a review for the Canada post at this location. So I apologize if I am on a wrong section here. She let the people wait on line so she can fill the shelves and keep telling them "5 more minutes". Instead of doing the shelving after. People stay on the line for at least 15 minutes and most of them left to go to the other location. On top of that you could feel her attitude as she didn't care not even looking at anything but her shelves..

I limped in there today and he came around from behind the desk immediately to assist me and even went to get the item I needed so I wouldn't have to walk any further on my sore leg. You just don't see this kind of service anymore. Thank you for keeping kindness alive, always smiling, and having a great sense of humor!

I own my own company and deal with multiple postal offices and she is always so quick to say no, she can’t do this, or don’t ship that…. This is the second encounter with her and her customer service is disgusting. Someone should replace her with someone who actually likes Their job. Thanks for nothing.

The pharmacy team and staff are always helpful and friendly and the store well stocked and clean. I would like to specifically commend pharmacist Jenny for her assistance, professionalism and kindness over all these years. She is very patient and knowledgeable and takes the time to ask questions to help you with your needs. And it always nice when you get a smile and someone remembers your name even when you’re wearing a mask. Thank you to Jenny and the staff at Shoppers Drug Mart!

Granted now and then they get overwhelmed considering the huge number of customers they serve each day. Overall they are fantastic and we are satisfied with their service.

G	Georgia Pantelidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So here's a review that I'm really sadden to write. Andy Haddock, Pharmacy owner retires and the new pharmacy owner takes over in 2022. While Andy operated this location had nothing bad to say about the pharmacy and quite the opposite - they were exceptional. Last week new pharmacy owner calls and advises me of additional charges for blister packs, a 200% increase. I ask him to please review charges (my mother has Alzheimer's and requires blister packs). Today he calls me back and says too bad, so sad he cannot accommodate. If you would like the medication then I can offer them in bottles. Again, I plead on behave of my mom, to no avail. This time he says we cannot fill your parents order. Basically leaving me hostage to what he wants and says "well I guess you can call other pharmacies in Newmarket and go elsewhere". In tears I hang up, not knowing if any other pharmacy can accommodate me on such short notice, and I call the pharmacy at Yonge and Davis who lovingly accept my parents order for the blister packs (Thank you and God Bless). I am absolutely disgusted by this horrible disregard for the elderly and feel sorry for all the fine staff that is still working for the miserable new owner.
V	V A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this Shoppers as I felt like death to buy as much legal medicine to knock me out so I can recuperate and chocolate since chocolate makes all well in the world. Super sweet employee Bella was so kind to help me find the chocolate I wanted. Even helped me out at the self-check out to help me get home quick knowing I just wanted to be home. Will definitely go back to this Shoppers for the great employees and so conveniently located close to me!
