★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked with them for 3 years . Tenants that they work with thru a housing program threatened to hurt me and as a response to this they let the tenant stay at the home and told me to "stay in doors" . They do not care about anyone's safety but their own and allow disgusting behavior and make excuses for people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here use favoritism too often and it is not fair during this pandemic! There's no free will on being able to have access to do their own ESSENTIAL grocery shopping for TOILET PAPER, FOOD, or for simply a walk of fresh air to debrief and get a peace of mind. Taking care of your mental health is essential too, and feeling like your in a prison does not help! There should be a way to get atleast a 10 minute walk a day... Is this going to be the way of living for the next 5 months till whenever?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenants, clients etc...they have no regards for the people in the adjacent neighborhood. They carry on like the haven't a care in the world. Smoking drugs in full view, drinking and partying. When voicing concern or complaints we are told that it is private property and they can do what they want. Way to use tax payers money York Region. ?

they kick restrict inncocent people !
yesterday when i called there was a staff named eruba she's a disrespectful person and today when i called to speak with management tiffany didn't give it to management either they hire understanding staffs or get replaced by new ones i have proof of phone recordings !
