★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on the photos I viewed on their site, there is no question about their designs. When it comes to their customers service I must say it is disappointing. On August 10th, 2017 I ordered flowers for my mother online and requested for it to be delivered the next day, I received a confirmation email from the delivery service they use. The next day I called to see if everything was okay and to my surprise their voicemail kept saying they will be back on August 14,2017. Frustrated I left a voicemail and waited for their call. Today I receive a call from a lady at the shop explaining that there was a flood and her call is a courtesy call (alright there was a flood? Then all those phone numbers that was provided through the email address such as their 647 number could not have been in service? Or at least their business number be transferred to their personal phone so at least they can explain the situation to their customers? Not only that but their website could not have been updated explaing the situation?). Frustrated I asked these questions to the lady on the other side of the phone and all I got was, "there was a flood I am giving you a courtesy call.. BYE". Bravo on the customer service!

The arrangement was really nice and exactly same as the photo. The vase was slightly different but still very beautiful. Also very happy with the delivery service, on-time and the flowers were in perfect shape.
Would definitely order from them again.
