Brought their monthly touch-less car wash and their service was down for 3 days, went back for 4 times asking if I can get the car wash back and they keep pushing for asking manager. and the last manager told me why don't you go to a different Shell for the car wash. worst altitude and service ever.
T	Tommy J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second time writing the review for this gas station; I deleted my first one since I felt that it might just be one or two of their staff being terrible sometimes. Now, this is truly a poorly managed gas station/business. Washroom & microwave are OUT OF ORDER all the time! Different staff might be a bit different with their attitudes; but all of them are terrible since they do not know or they do not care to do things the right/professional way! Do NOT go to this gas station since any other gas stations within a few km radius are better than this one. =[
e	erica zhao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it happened a few times that the pump keep stopping from time to time when gasing, the first time they told me is because my gas level(100 km remianing) is too low and that is why.... So this time I have about 200km gas remaining and went to gas up my car, still has same problem. Wondering is the way they set up the machine so they can try to over charge customers by doing this? As I went to other SHELL gas station and never found such problem. And the staff is so rude when I go inside to ask him why, he said you can go elsewhere. So for sure I will never go back.
d	dimaberezovski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just go elsewhere. The staff is unprofessional, not willing to help or even to the bare minimum to maintain the gas station and the little store. The female worker is rude, on her cellphone every time you walk in and trying to ignore you and makebyou leave. I see that the reviews are mentioning the same issues for many months.. and if these issues haven't been resolved that also indication of poor management/ ownership. This is the closest station to my home but i will keep going elsewhere and recommend everyone to avoid this station.
R	Roula G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service! Mikey is beyond accommodating with any issues. I had an issue with the car wash and he instantly was able to rectify it. Thanks to Mikey, this has become our go to gas station.

R	Ruxana S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This station is garbage, pumps randomly don’t work and they flip flop between inside and outside payment for zero consistent reason. Clearly they have a history of doing this alongside poor car washes. Will be sticking to Petro.
P	Patrick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located at the beginning of Newmarket. It is a good place to stop by and fill up your car. They are in a nice plaza with many different shops that you can stop by. I do like the older Shell location located across the street but it was closed down many years ago. This new location can tend to be busy at times and the intersection when you drive in can be a bit of a hassle (stop sign corner) Gas store has many products and drinks for you to grab on the go as well.
