The meals are homemade from quality ingredients, they maintain their freshness for the entire week and are delicious. The team does a great job changing up the variety each week and they have also been very accommodating with making adjustments based on allergies and our preferences. Portions are perfect and the delivery service is super convenient and consistent. We’ve highly recommended this service to our family and friends.

I've been using meal delivery services for well over 5 years and I feel like I've finally found the best one. I switched to Healthy Alternative because I wanted to become vegan but didn't' want to cook and prep all the meals as I'm just way too busy. One year later and I have zero regrets and I really look forward to each and every meal. I use their full week service, they deliver twice a week to my home and they've never missed a delivery...well done! What I love best about them is the variety they have in all the meals. I didn't think they would have that many options for meals but man was I ever wrong. The meals that are incredibly healthy which means the world to me as I value health and nutrition. On top of that Healthy Alternative's customer service always responds in good timing and I get a text message when each delivery is complete. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is looking for a meal delivery service.

A friend had referred me to another meal delivery service but it was one of those that gave you the groceries and the recipe. As a vegetarian, their options seemed limited and I didn't see the value in receiving a bag of pasta and some veggies for the price they were charging, plus I still had to prep and cook it. So I did a little research and finally found Healthy Alternative. We are so happy with this decision. The meals are excellent. The fact that they are prepared fresh and not frozen is very important to us. The portion sizes are perfect. Not too much, not too little. The variety is amazing. After a month of meals I don't think we've had a repeat. The flavour is excellent. The side sauces are great. I take the add-on salads for my work lunches and they are also excellent and full of variety. The homemade dressings are super tasty.

Got 6 boxes for 6 meals: 3 chicken, 2 beef and 1 fish based. I was slightly concerned about the portion but after having the beef stroganoff with brown rice pasta (nvr heard of this but tasted great) and mushroom I am very full and satisfied. Great job Healthy Alternative. Looking forward to the rest of the meal boxes !

Sauces on the side, you can clearly see the whole foods, long beans, and natural ingredients. Very pleased with all the meals. Wish we found Healthy Alternative earlier!! Will definitely order again soon!!

I find myself looking forward to dinner in a way that I had not for years because each meal is delicious, filling and totally different than what you had the day before. These meals are far better than your typical restaurant meal and are really healthy because I’m full and satisfied yet losing weight! I guess quality ingredient truly make a difference.
