★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great procedures to manage their store during COVID, greeted by a worker and instructed how to navigate the store. They also provided gloves which was a great bonus. A little sparse on some ingredients, but that's to be expected this close to Christmas. A quick easy in-and-out trip, got everything I needed and left! 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't often leave reviews, but this store staff definitely deserve a positive review. They were helpful without being intrusive, practiced cleaning between customers at cash, welcomed me on arrival and wish me a good day while leaving. Franchisees should be proud of the Sunday crew!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products are essentially the same as other locations. A well maintained store, but the staff are a hit and miss. Once I shopped there and they had this older lady who was professional and asked any questions we had while today it was less pleasant with the two young men. One was more polite than the other. Definitely wasn't a pleasant experience and I think I'll start going to the 404/Wellinggton location instead.

Do NOT. I repeat... DO NOT let the "No sugar added" gummy bears tempt you into thinking that you're not being an unhealthy slob.
I learned something today. My random visit to Bulk-Barn on a Sunday afternoon gave me a very valuable life lesson.
Maltitol. Google it.
It was around 5pm (roughly 4 hrs after my Bulk-Barn adventure) that I discovered what maltitol will do to the human body.
Simply put, I found myself making more use of my property taxes than I have in my entire life. The amount of sewage generated from 5-7pm was indescribable. I did not understand how it was possible for the human body to expel such immense quantities of satanic waste. Solids, liquids, gases, and whatever other states of matter exist. And when you think you've emptied the tank... think again! Maltitol somehow fills up the tank without you even ingesting food. Forget Taco Bell or Chipotle, Bulk-Barn no sugar added gummies takes the gold medal.
All in all, Bulk Barn is a great place. But I need to give it a modest 3 stars since if it were not for its existence and strategic location along Yonge Street (very visible and accessible), I may have never had one of the worst experiences of my life... spending an exhausting 3 hrs in and out of the washroom. However, I would have never learned a very valuable life lesson.
