★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told me they will send me a text after they go through my items for sale, ended up no text was sent to my phone well after 1 hour's time wait. They have no sense of any courtesy to let people know they were done, my bags were just sitting on the ground and they weren't even busy. Lousy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like many other comments on here, the customer service is extremely lacking. No one even said hi to me when I walked in and the sales associates all made eye contact with me. I walked around the store for over an hour with items in my hands no one even bothered to ask me if I needed help. Very disappointing…. Definitely need new staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took quite a bit of stuff to the store this afternoon and sold 90% of them. Service was friendly and they do know what they are doing. I was greeted by the staff and they explained to me how it works patiently. So glad I found this place! Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EMMA was so disrespectful. I couldn’t believe an associate would treat paying costumers so poorly . I was so disappointed, I spent 130$ and if she wasn’t rude I would have spent more and would definitely come back. I would never come back again , please be careful who you hire . Terrible service
If I could have rated the service , I would have gave her less than 0- I am so upset !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always an amazing experience when I shop here! The staff and owner are super friendly and accommodating! The prices are good and the deals are well worth it. I shop here every week and I’m glad I found this store. Balances my closet. And selling to them is easy as well. Julia , Emma, Caroline, Madeline, Sophia , Emily and the rest of the staff are all welcoming and awesome. I look for to daily deals and posts. I would recommend shopping here any day!
