Dina is great at getting me what I need and dress me for the various occasions. This is now my only favourite store.

I ordered an item 2 weeks ago was told that the item would arrive at a certain time and had called store owner to confirm my item would arrive on the specific date she said she was going to confirm and call me back she never did!! But did say the item takes 2 weeks to be delivered so yes I would get it. I call back the store the owner has left the country I do not know where or when my item is or if I’ll be getting it on the date promised. I do not recommend dealing with owner as she’s dismissive and unprofessional and staff had very poor customer service as well as the owner. Buyer beware don’t trust the owner in committing to getting an item for you as she can’t follow through with the service.

I needed to get a prom dress altered (top and straps) and they did a great job for a really good price. Don't remember the name, but she was an elderly lady who quickly took measurements and got the job done (took about a week). Would definitely recommend if your looking for a good alteration for an affordable price.
L	LX Boy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor customer service , we walked in and was totally ignored by the staff! no greeting! No offers of assistance ! Nothing! One girl was talking to her friend about personal issues! It was such a frustrating experience that we just walked out after 5 minutes and we had driven from Toronto to visit this store… you would think after the impact of Covid that local businesses would appreciate and treat their customers well! Not this place! 5 thumbs down!
