★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to the Pedi N Nails in Newmarket since reopening but, I decided to try this location. My nail tech was great…I forgot what her name was but I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did the job perfectly. Very impressed by her work and the staff all seem very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give them no stars. Probably one of the worst nail experience in history. Who ever I got to do my nails was HORRIBLE. Was my first time there and it will be my last. My nails looked like a 2 year old did them. And I refused to pay and argued with them for 2 min I just slapped the 50 down and left. Maybe the other people that work there know how to do nails but this girl had zero experience and should not even be trusted to file nails. And zero customer service. Told me I should have said something while I was doing my nails and I did over and over again she told me to wait until she was done. Beaware of who does your nails there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another great bio/ gel fill with shellac manicure today. This spa always accommodates walk ins.. has a huge polish selection and applications / designs... is clean and the staff are friendly. Kelly is the owner and always makes you feel welcome. I have had Rose and Ana for appointments - my nails last 3 weeks easily without chipping or breaking. Their prices are competitive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give this place a definite 1 star. I booked an appointment for 11:30 am waited 30 mins. (Why book an appointment if there not going to be on time). After I was looked at.. i asked for bio gel and she did acrylic nail powered the smelly stuff. She finished my nails in 20 mins and rushed and did a horrible job painting and also demanded I should do a new set because she says they would like better. I said no I booked for a refill because that’s what I want. Horrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment and requested a girl named Rita, since my friend recommended her. They gave me some random girl to do my nails, the shape was good but design was bad. Halfway drawing, I wasn’t happy with the design and the girl was saying that it’s not going to be 100% like the picture. It wasn’t a hard design, just flowers in pastel colours but she managed to make them so humongous that it covers my entire nail (supposed to be french tips size). You should let people know before hands if you can’t do it! Waste of my time! Now I have to find somewhere else to fix them AGAIN.
Update: I went in, asked for Rita and your employee told me to sit at the chair without letting me know there was no one named Rita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do my pedicure in this salon May 10 , pedicure for me did girl name Maya . After 2 days I got bit infection on my 2 big fingers. It’s really playful. They are Not using sanitizer instruments, very dirty salon. They rushes! NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON!!! BE VERY CAREFUL!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going here for a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else in the GTA to get my nails done - Staff are super friendly, the owner always has a smile on her face, and they do a fantastic job every time ?
