By far the worst Dollarama store ever I don't expect much from a dollar store but the older lady at the cash is always doing something else and is rude, she has ZERO people skills. I'd spend your money where someone appreciates it and not this store. Don't dare let your mask slip Karen will freak out.

Staff were not friendly. Was asked twice how old my child was by different staff because he wasnt wearing a mask (was in a stroller) and when i said under two was given a look like i was lying... tried to help by not having them have to touch a kinder egg my son had goobered on by scanning myself (right in front of them) and they reacted like i had done something criminal. Just not a nice experience.

Lady with glasses and light brown hair (she wasn't wearing a name tag) should not be working in customer service. She never says "hi" or "how are you" or "have a nice day". She greets you with "need a bag" tells you your total and that is it. Her demeanor is rude and gives the impression she hates her job. I've tried asking how she is and she gives a one word answer and doesn't engage. I witnessed her bark at a lady who sat her stuff down on the counter for a second to put something away. I understand there are rules but there is a nicer way to inform someone of rules, no need to be SO unkind to a customer. It's unfortunate but this employee makes me not want to visit the store anymore. I visit this store frequently and hadn't seen her in a while but she's now returned and is more unpleasant than ever.

Your standard Dollarama, kitchen items, discount "dry" groceries, seasonal items (seriously, Halloween items in August?), Inexpensive kids toys, craft supplies, party supplies. This location is a bit on the small side, and feels a bit cramped. The one thing that really stands out, is the staff, they always are some of the friendliest retail works I have ever had the pleasure to meet.

Have been here many times before .Pretty good dollar store one of the smaller ones ,cashing out is sometimes slow .

The worst customer service. The cashier asked if I would like to purchase bag i declined because I have two big containers so I could use it. After I've declined the bag, the lady starts to scan my items. I was trying to place the scanned items in the big containers to help her out (there were three others lining up behind me). She didn't want to hand me the scanned items but kept them next to her. Then she asked me to step back because I have to social distance between her and the counter, so I stepped back. She then told me the total amount, I had to ask her if I could step closer to pay, she said now you could. So then she didn't help to place the item into the containers, she stepped back watched me placing my items in my containers while there are more ppl lining up behind me. This is the first time I've had bad experience with Dollarama staff. This woman doesn't want to work. There are a lot of people needs a job right now, if this staff member is not willing to work or happy working, perhaps she should be staying home.

Today the third time I got bad deal from the same lady . She works as a cashier. At 2:05 pm I don't know what her name. Today is March 6 2022 Very bad treatment

I have been going to this dollarama for years and I have never had any issues. Today, however, my experience changed. There was an extremely rude older woman at the cash wearing glasses. My son is nearly two and as soon as I got there, she asked me "does he need a mask". I was a little confused at first because I have never been spoken to this rudely at any store. I told her that we have been practicing with the mask and will soon be wearing it and she continued to tell me that the government requires a mask at 2. Maybe the supervisors at this location should require their employees like her to wear proper and correct face masks instead of cloth masks. This might make her feel safer and then she wouldn't have to constantly berate customers that enter into the store.
