★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been over a week and I still have not gotten my refund on the item that I have returned. I shouldn't be calling every other day to ask for my refund on the item that I have returned. So, it's pretty much pointless, might as well tell other people of my experience or get the attention of the owner to give me my refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a long time, repeated customer of Pay Way Less. They have recently (not sure when this happened) implemented specific time and days of the week that you must go to pick up your purchases, which I have no objections to.
This is what I DO have issues with:
1) This change cannot be found on email communications, website or facebook feed
2) When I unknowingly went to pick up purchases at hours that are not pick up hours, a very condescending gentleman rudely responded to my "Hey How's it going?" with a patronizing "You know today is not a pick up day right?"
3) When I ask him how this change was communicated, He sharply flattened out the invoice to my face and indicated that it was printed on the invoice.
Only upside? I was able to pick up my items at the non-pickup time, thus the two star rating.
But still, given how many auction sites there are now for amazon/wayfair returns, I will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disappointed, I don’t know why I see good customer service in the reviews , emailed them twice in a week ,didn’t get anything back, except their promotional emails.
Ordered speakers as “ new in box “ ended up getting something that doesn’t work at all, and the rest of the stuff you order, they send you not the one in the picture , they just send what ever looks similar to the picture
Total disappointment , it’s just waste of money and time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely the BEST auction service in GTA. Items are always interesting, and location is quite convenient. Their Pick Up system is also quite easy to deal with, no appointment necessary. Most importantly the owner is actually a great person (as well as the staff) They are easy to work with, and are always genuinely helpful. Thank you Pay Way Less!
