★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In need of a store refresh but a good place for bargain electronics. Refurbished and discounted smartphones are available here, as well as very reasonably priced large TVs. They also have the largest selection of pogs in the greater Newmarket area, so if you're stuck in the 90s and collecting those, then go nuts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service sucks. I was comparing 2 products but there were closing. Someone with customer service would have said "hey there, we are closing. Can I help you decide which one you want?" He came out and dead faced said "we are closed." Can you imagine calling Customer service somewhere and closing time rolls around and they say "we are closed" and hang up? The disrespect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell used and refurbished items and claim they are new. Items we have purchased as "new" have in fact been damaged, used and missing parts. The staff is argumentative and hostile when requested to refund items according to their own advertised return policy. Very bad experiences, will not return and do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell second-hand used electronics and advertise them as refurbished. This store is basically one big pawn shop, re-selling peoples unused items for top dollar.
Here is an example: they sell used, defective Apple products that they buy used off regular people and claim it is refurbished as a selling technique to get more money for it.
Fact is, refurbished Apple products are re-sold with a new battery, new outer shell, original packaging with all original accessories and cables (info is from Apples website). Basically, you would not be able to tell the difference between a refurbished device and a new one. But at Factory Direct you can tell that the Apple product they sell is nothing more than a old, used and defective product they bought from someone. Their "refurbished" products don't have original boxes and the appearance of the merchandise are full of scratches and dents. This is not how a refurbished Apple product is re-sold.
Be aware and be careful when shopping here. You are better off shopping on Kijiji for a fraction of the cost.
Speaking from experience dealing with this store. Will never shop here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love coming to this store for your everyday usual products but for a much better price. I always pick up memory cards and basic computer accessories here. They have a good selection of products here and have never had anything that did not work properly.
Good service as well at the store. Simple, clean and semi organized but it is always fun to shop here
