Definitely the worse customer service. Sheri the manager is not profesional at all. They had the wrong price tag on an item and did nothing to accommodate but the worse part is the attitude about it. ??‍♀️ Never going back!

I visited the store Today to make a return and the manager was rude and gave me attitude . The staff working there were friendly but the manager Angela was very rude . She should learn from her staff on how to provide good customer service . When I confronted her she got really defensive . Shame on bath and beyond the Staff there are better then the manager . I will not be purchasing any items from ur store . I use to Purchase a lot of items online and in the store but I will take my business somewhere else. Please train your staff on good customer service

I placed an online order for 4 pillows Feb 1 for curbside pickup, later Feb 1 I received an email saying 3 of the pillows were not available and the order for the 3 was cancelled and credit card would not be charged. Feb 2 rec'd an email saying they located the 3 pillows and to click on the attached link which I did not because I purchased the 3 pillows elsewhere. My credit card was charged correctly for the for 1 pillow but later that evening I was charged for the 3 cancelled pillows. I Sent an email immediately requesting a credit and received no response or credit. Very disappointed in the poor service. I do most of my shopping online but will never us Bed Bath and Beyond again.

I went to exchange a shower rod, I had just bought ,went home to find it was broken. I was also looking for shower stall curtains, which they only had 1 option, apparently they are only available online. I liked the variety of products but I was disappointed in overall prices and lack of customer service.

I really like bed and bath but I always order online, yesterday I ordered an UGG pillow for pickup in this location so I had to go and visit this shop around 3:30 pm .I decided to go and look around as I was there. Fortunately I found an office chair in a good price and an UGG blanket for my dog! I wanted to go and grab a cushion for the chair I bought and I could barley see the front as I had a big box in my cart. I entered to a narrow aisle and I saw an associate was standing there with a scanner and a placement in her hand, she looked at me and turn her head and made herself busy, at first I though she is helping another customer who was behind her, so I waited for her to finish and after a 30 seconds I figured that she just trying to ignore me then I had to turn around on a small spot and went to the other direction! For me turning around was not a problem at all but ignoring a customer is so rude in my opinion. I found this attitude very unprofessional coming from a person who works in retail. I didn’t want to give a review but I couldn’t digest this amount of arrogance! Hopefully someone sees this and teach her how to deal with customers.

Two stars because the actual item was well-priced. I arrived to return a small appliance that was double-gifted at Christas. Upon arriving, I lined up at the sign that says β€œExchanges and Returns.” When the associate told me to line up with purchasing customers instead, she was quite sarcastic. Even the lady who I lined up behind noticed and commented on her attitude. When training associates, there should be a focus on polite manners and utmost respect. As a senior citizen, I was most disappointed.

Staff there are great. It’s not often an employee see’s a customer struggling to find what they are looking for and proceed to help them. Well they did for me. The nice man even went to check in the back to find the item I wanted. Thumbs up for customer service. Wish I knew the guys name because he was exceptional to this customer.

Great prices. If you are looking for anything related to curten rods you need to ho there first and not waist your time traveling. Beautiful designs, many and great prices.
