★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered tires (to be delivered to my local store) and made an appointment to have them installed - both online. Ended up being 15 mins late for my appointment and they said I had to rebook for another day because I was late. I said no thanks and please return/refund the tires instead. Which, to their credit, they did do. Lots of others tires shop around that understand life happens.

They NEVER pick up the phone....
"mechanics" don't have much knowledge...
I've had issues like wheel balancing weights fall off, nuts not tightened, etc.
They are always running behind (30-120 minutes) so your appointment is meaningless.
"mechanics" don't wash hands or put down plastic before getting in your car. See pictures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to deal with a rude tire technician named Tyler who did not know how to talk to customers or the meaning of booking appointments or time management. Totally waste of money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came 10 mnts late for our tire change appointment (appointment scheduled with a four month wait as we could only book weekends cause of being working parents). We apologized for the same but the staff was so rude (even being sarcastic about us being working parents) and asked us to reschedule our appointment after a month. I had decided to post a bad review but when I read other reviews of Costco taking 2.5hours to return car for people who came 15minutes ahead, I felt bad about even complaining. Thank you so much Costco for not taking us in, never coming to this location for a tire change again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give 0 stars. First time here. Arrived 15 min ahead of the appointment. The staff told me it's running behind 2 hours. So I expected my car to be ready after 2.5 hours. However, when I was back after 2.5 hours, they told me my car had just started, and it needed 45 minutes. What's the point of scheduling an appointment? It operates like a walk-in... Will never come back again. Totally wasting time.
