It was my first time getting snows and they took the time to explain everything and priced out several options for me to consider. Once installed, there was a problem with the rims. Even though the issue was not their fault, they got me in immediately and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction with no hassle or discussion. Problems can arise anytime, it's how you resolve them that matters, and they did an excellent job. This is a family run business and I'm happy to support and recommend them!

The tires I purchased didn't arrive as agreed upon so they found a similar albeit a bit more pricier set that they could immediately. They didn't charge me more than the original price as they were apologetic for the mix up. The tire and installation was completed within the hour! Amazing service!

After driving around for 1.5hr to a bunch of different Midas and Mr Lubes between Newmarket and Aurora and being told that they either couldn't do a patch on run flat tires or that maybe they could be weren't sure if they could do a very good job and that they wouldn't advise it, I went to Newmarket Tire and the helpful and friendly girl (Katie) at the front desk told me they could do it no problem. Took my keys, fixed it in less than 10 minutes and was $45 ($10 less than all of the big box repair places wouldn't charged). Great service.

They were so efficient. The better part is that I was told at the beginning that the price would be around $50-$60. But at the last I was charged only $30 as they said it was a smaller and easier job than thought. What honest guys!
