The experience I had with Kyle Fleming at Honda was amazing. The trade in of my old Honda and purchasing a brand new one Kyle made it such a smooth process. He was very helpful showing me all the features and took his time explaining to me. Love my new Honda CR-V Sport and would recommend Kyle to anyone.

Great experience buying my first car a Honda CRV from their sales man, Raffaele! He was quick, kind and showed me exactly how to work all the fun features. Got a great deal on the car, especially in today's market. 10/10 recommend. Went in on Tuesday and the car was ready for me on Thursday. So easy.

Purchased an absolutely amazing car from this dealer. Very happy with the customer service I received from both Gerry and Soo. Down to Earth people who don't try to force you to make any decisions or purchases, making the interaction feel more friendly than typical customer and seller. One of the best dealerships I've dealt with by far, with a great selection.

Every dealership tries to screw your over, if we go from that, I’d say this is a decent one. A complimentary car wash, shuttle service, these are good things to have and shouldn’t be taken for granted. One note for everyone: Know your benefits(tire and rim protection or other protections) because there is a solid chance the dealership would charge you even if you have a coverage. Though, I had to only mention it once to these guys when I came here for the first time. Never had to do it again. I’ve had an extremely unpleasant experience with another dealership(not Honda). It makes me appreciate this one even more. The Richmond hill location is good too.

Got a great deal on a used Accord from Gerry at Newmarket Honda. Never once felt like we were being pushed to purchase or being sold something that wasn't worth the price. We are extremely happy with the car and with the service from Newmarket Honda, and we will definitely be going back there next time we need a vehicle. Highly recommend speaking to Gerry there if you are in the market for a Honda!!

I recently bought a used Honda Civic from Kyle and Julissa. I needed a car fast and as there were no new vehicles in stock, Kyle found me a great used one within minutes. Absolutely the best service I have received in the longest time…Kyle from sales was extremely patient and helped me choose the right vehicle for my needs. He was their every step of the way from start to finish and got me my rear seat protectors at a great cost! He kept me updated regularly. What professionalism, service, dedication.., get this man a raise!!! In addition Brian had extreme patience when I was indecisive with packages offered… he helped me with information and answered all my questions even if I needed to review packages again. Brian provided me with all the information to come up with my confident choices, in an area which is foreign to me. I am completely satisfied with all my decisions regarding my vehicle! My wife and I purchased a Honda pilot here most recently thanks to the assistance of Raffaele. This was by far one of the the most friendly and congenial sales individuals to have had the opportunity deal with. We walked away with the assurance that we can make direct contact, and our concerns and requests would be addressed with diligence with this representative. There is a few things that we hope to follow up with him on with regards to the vehicle but we walked away with the confidence that he would most definitely not let us down in the future. I would recommend that if you're in the market for a Honda that you might give this place a good hard look. Our guy Raffaele made our experience a worth while. One such that we are convinced that when I'm the market for our next vehicle which won't be long from know we hope to deal with him once again. We all know the prices are ridiculously inflated and sometimes you have very few options depending on the individual circumstances you and you family may find themselves in. However all that taken into account Raffaele S is probably the next person I would go for my purchase and would be very likely to recommend him to friends and family. There is still a few things we need to address together but beieleve this individual had the drive and diligence to assist and follow through on his Word with his customer base. Though we paid nothing better than market value due to the supply and demand fiasco going on right now it was great dealing with this man! Kudos to Newmarket Honda for having some great staff! Next time I would at least like a hat or something though please. Otherwise the second largest purchase one makes in their life. Would be nice to have a little something to remember and commemorate the occasion. ⚡️?⚡️
