He kept an eye on the specific GLE AMG that I had in my mind for 6 months and once it was in the dealer he gave me a call and in only 20 minutes he prepared everything for me. He worked with Tina Tran to fix up my financing. They are both amazing people. Babak helped me with everything during the process promptly with a genuine smile on his face. He was respectful and caring all the time. Amazing dealer with amazing customer service. The picture of my new GLE AMG is attached.

Thanks to Michelle and Sang, my birthday dream came true!! I went for a test drive on a saturday, fell in love with my car, and Sang and Michelle did the rest! The nect week, the car was officially mine! From their patience with my needing time to process this big decision, to their incredible and professional advice, to their quick responses to my questions, they made the process so seamless so I could just enjoy the excitement! Michelle also made sure I took the exterior damage package (windshield, tires, dents, etc). WOW... am I ever glad I did, because on my 2nd day of having the car, a stone cracked my windshield and they got me booked right in for no charge! If you're in the market for a beautiful mercedes....there is NO BETTER dealership! Give Sang or Michelle a call, and let them help you achieve your dream too!
