Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This location took advantage of my father and the manager didn't even have the courtesy to return our call to try and solve the problem. My father rented a van from this location, they advertise the ability to drop off the car at another location so that's why my father tried to do. Once he arrived at the drop off location he was told only certain vehicles could be dropped off there. No one mentioned this and the advertisement did not mention "restrictions apply". Not only did he have to spend extra time bringing the van back he was also charged the mileage. Next, the employee never mentioned after hours fees. When my father mentioned a time he would be done with the vehicle (after closing) he was told that all he had to do was drop off the key. He was charged an additional fee for after hours- had the employee mentioned these important facts father would have returned the car before closing. All of this cost my father close to an additional $40 for a van that only cost $19.95 to rent. What makes all this worse is that I called the location several times, left my name and number with the employee asking for a manager to return my call and noone has contacted me. Terrible customer service. They don't give all the information and they never follow up.

I was called the morning of my reservation by U-Haul to say they don't have the 15' truck I ordered available so they were giving me a 10' truck instead. I had the elevator booked for my new place and already put a deposit for the elevator so I had no other choice but to take the 10'. The woman on the phone said they would be giving me a $50 credit for the inconvenience. I was emailed the refund information on July 2nd and I saw there was an error in the information. The information was listed as my brother's name, he drove the truck, and my new address but not my unit number. I spoke to someone on the live chat that day to make those corrections and also called u-haul to make sure the information would be corrected to my name and my correct address. Both said they would make sure those corrections would be made and they are contacting the chequing team to ensure it's corrected. Weeks have passed and it just crossed my mind this morning that I have not gotten a cheque from u-haul. So I went on the u-haul chat to ask about the status and spoke to Caitlin who said she will not update the information and that the cheque was already sent on July 7th. The cheque was sent to the WRONG person and the WRONG address. The two things I asked to be corrected. She was extremely rude and dismissive. I asked if I could have a direct line to a manager and she gave me the general phone line and closed the chat. My hold time is 37 minutes. I am frustrated and concerned at the lack of customer service for an issue that started at the mistake of u-haul. All I want is the information to be corrected and for the cheque to be sent to me, the payor of the reservation. **TO ANYONE LOOKING TO RENT A U-HAUL FROM HERE, LOOK ELSEWHERE**

I reserved a 20ft truck for sat Nov 27. Arrived at this location sharp at 9am only to be told they don't have any available. The woman behind the counter was rude and unaccommodating. The move took twice as long as I had to do two trips with a smaller truck. Not acceptable. Never going to U-Haul again and never recommending it to a friend.

Paid for U-Box to be shipped from Vancouver to Aurora, went to pick up with my own truck once I was notified it had arrived. The staff at this location went out of there way to make my pick up difficult. Miserable is an understatement.

Most locations have an after hours mailbox that you can drop the truck off in the yard and toss the keys in there after use. Was told it's 99$ but when we went to dropped the car off in the morning ( because there was no drop off key box) I got charged another 70$ . Not our fault . This doesn't happen at other locations ..

Horrible customer service. They don't clean or maintain their trucks. Truck smelled disgusting with stains all over and was handed to me with an empty gas tank.

Don't bother calling uhaul, on hold for 15 mins just to be transfered to hold another 15 mins, they won't listen to your question, just transfer you to another department. I was transfered 3 times, wasting all the time to have solved nothing. Called phone number at a location, because my reservation location and pick up location are different, end up with no answer. After reading reviews, I guess no truck is the reason. Worst service, people at facility have been nice, but customer service really sucks.

Easy check in process. I booked my van online and picked it up 30 minutes later. The van was clean but was originally parked in an awkward spot (flush against a fence) β€” and I didn’t like being responsible for moving it as I didn’t want to damage anything. The associate was polite but didn’t seem overly happy with her job and could afford to crack a smile (once in a while) ? Nonetheless, I got my van and I’m happy. Will definitely return in the future ✌?
