★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an AMAZING experience picking up my rental today. Rachel C. was phenomenal throughout the whole process. She was warm, welcoming and patient throughout the pick up! Due to COVID, they assist you with the rental outside and Rachel really made the whole experience smooth and effortless. I will definitely come back for all my car rental needs in the future :)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a car from the Newmarket Enterprise and ended up having to pay a $150 charge for smoking in the vehicle (cleaning costs). Thing is I haven't smoked for 40+ years (I am semi retired). So I listened to a guy half my age tell me repeatedly I must be lying 'cause he would never make a mistake and send out a car that smelled of smoke. I guess they are perfect. Seniors beware of this particular franchise as we may be considered targets for an extra revenue opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented three times from this location so far, and all three times I was able to book almost brand new, pretty well-optioned cars on the day of. I have always had a pleasant experience with the staff here. I had far better overall experiences here than any other companies' locations in the area. Do note that prices can be a bit higher than other companies, and cars do not have winter tires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service! I had to use the rental for over a month and was getting no answers from the insurance company. Enterprise called to keep me up to date, a few times, with how much longer I had coverage for (something the insurance company was not doing) and they also called to confirm I was getting my deposit back. Also, because of Covid, they weren't able to provide a shuttle service but they just let me drop it off at the dealership (which is not usually a drop off spot) when I was picking up my new car. I had never had to rent a car before but I will be coming back to this location if I ever need to again!

Great rates also. I got a new Jeep and I haven't been in a Jeep for over 30 years. Nice to see how it has advanced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service. If you are local, they even pick you up and drop you off. Not bad when it comes to rates. They do clean and sanitize the car after each return. Felt safe.
