★ ★ ★ ★ ★ would not give it a star even if I could. I booked a car online and they were refusing to give me book since they had other people booked the car. I had to call the customer service spent 20 minutes until she was forced to give me the car and was not even answer when I said thank you. Worse ever experienced had. I planned to dropped the car off the car two days earlier (in a week of booking) and she and her supervisor Jordan refused to pay my money back for the remaining days while customer service said they could reimburse my money.
NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, always willing to help you and go the Extra mile for there customers. Jordan and his co worker. Try to make your rental experience, easy and quick. They answer your questions and makes sure that you leave with a smile on your face. Wouldn't rent my cars from anyone else, for I know the cars are clean and full of gas. So this Location is the Best around. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank goodness for Vicki and the Budget Rental team! We found ourselves in a major pickle on Dec 5 when we learned that U-Haul had given our truck away. Vicki went above and beyond for us and we can’t thank her enough. Her hustle and determination helped us avert so much stress. She literally didn’t stop until she knew we would be okay. It was honestly one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. 100% recommend. ?

Whether you need a car, truck minivan or just great service! Jordan and Vicki will make sure you leave happy! I drive over 100 kms one-way for his exemplary service. I challenge you to see what real customer service resembles and go see Jordan tell him André sent you. First you'll get laugh then you see the best level professional service! And if isn't there don't worry Vicki make you leave with joke and a laugh!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save yourself the headache and stress, look elsewhere.
Everything was fine up until their parent company policy changed. Now, booking a vehicle here has become a nightmare. If you require a vehicle for a specific day, you may want to check every single day to see if your booking is still confirmed. My family has been renting vehicles from this location for a few years now and in our past two experiences, we've been told they don't have cars available after CONFIRMING our booking, putting us in a last minute stressful situation of finding a car.
Went to the Enterprise nearby, way better experience.
