★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was using Enterprise Rent-A-Car for the first time and I booked a car with Enterprise Regina Airport location followed with a confirmation email.
Later I received a call later that they did not have any vehicles for me. The service was useless and it spoiled my vacation plans. As a first time user of the service, I would not even give 1 star to Enterprise
I will not recommend to use the service of Enterprise at all, based on my first and last experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car was clean & ready for us when our flight landed. Everything was as it should have been as per original booking. Staff was friendly & helpful with any questions. It was an easy process & quick too. Enterprise is great company to work with & rent cars from. Did not disappoint. As soon as we walked out, slightly to the left, is the car rental lot. We found our rental without issue!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a vehicle for a trip but the csr agent wouldn't even attempt to enter my credit card because he never saw one like it before. I had a Crypto.com Visa card of which I instructed him to try, but because he had never ever seen a card like that before, he didn't want to try it. Anyways his lost. I took my business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible experience at this location. DO NOT BOOK HERE! Booked an intermediate car, signed everything and then was handed the keys to a compact. When we questioned why, we were told that everything else was gone. We booked an intermediate car for a reason but as it was late as night there was nothing we could do. I called the next morning and left a voicemail but no one returned my call. I had to call back again on the last day of the rental and they said they would charge us for a compact instead of an intermediate. When we get to the airport, no one is at the counter. We call the number on the sign and they say to just drop the keys and they will email us the receipt. Now, 5 days later, no receipt and I see that they OVERCHARGED my credit card. So not only did they not adjust the price down, they charged us more. I am now going through a dispute process with Costco Travel. Have rented many cars over the years and never experienced such incompetence and unwillingness to make it right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an existing customer who is calling for road side assistance, as the road side assistance guys told me to call the pick up location, they never answered my calls with multiple efforts in emergency and after a day, luckily a girl picked up the call and I asked for the manager, she was so rude and told me that he is busy and will call me when he gets time, I never got a call, I am still stranded and customer with an concern with their suv and they are not helping me, think about them who require assistance with concerns after the service they received. Extremely disappointed and I am never going to rent a car from them, can’t wait to return the suv.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If Google Reviews had a zero rating, that is what I would give Enterprise. I booked a seven seater vehicle in advance with Enterprise. The day I arrived to pick it, they didn’t have the car! They offered me a five seater instead, which I don’t need because I needed a SEVEN SEATER. If I were to cancel it, they would have charged me a cancellation fee, but where is their cancellation fee when they cancel on me? This is unacceptable as they delayed my travel plans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t consider renting a car from this company… I rented a car for just 3 days and the amount debited from my account was 4 times the original amount. At the counter the person said it was a security amount of 300 and that will be credited back to the account after the car has been returned. But what they didn’t even mention was many hidden charges per day. And i end up paying the 300 dollars that should have been returned to me as it was said in the counter. And no prior mentions about this was said at the counter. Very bad experience from this company and poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Expensive car rental ? - Ridicules how many bogus fees, taxes, surcharges, 21 years old - so Young rental fee $25 per day! concession recovery fee 11.11%, customer Transportation fee $2.50 per day, Euless sports venue tax 5%, facility charges $4.00 per day, License and environmental fee $1.79 per day & Motor vehicle rental 10% Tax!
RENTER BEWARE Especially if your 21 yrs old
Been driving a car for 6 years and purchased full insurance on the car and they still rip you off for $25 a day for no reason!! Only way to get Enterprise to smarten up! - is to quit renting from them! Paid $1859.12 Canadian for the Economical choice for 11 days! That’s a Whopping $169. Per day! Ridiculous
