My wife and I were between homes, looking for a place to live. During this time we were in the hospital as my wife was giving birth to our first born child. Stressing about being in between homes, we went on a search to find a home for when we were released, we came across a Leenan Homes for rent.We called and they were immediately available and went above and beyond to get us into one of their homes. They ensured us that everything would be ready, not to stress and that they would have everything in order for us for when we were released from the hospital. When we arrived to the home, they were there to greet us, congratulate us and welcome us to our new home. As I said they went above and beyond.While we were the second family to live in this home, they did an amazing job with getting the house ready for us. Even though we were just looking for a house the details of each space in the house was incredible and very well thought out. The quality of the home was spectacular and could have not asked for a more perfect home for our new family.We are incredibly lucky to have found a home built by Leenan Homes. They took care of our family and we are forever grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are literally just trying to view one of the properties. Went to the place at scheduled time only to find out that the "schedule a viewing" button actually means "apply to schedule a viewing" and we hadn't been approved. Re-applied and got approved to view it this time, drove to the place, only to get a text FIVE MINUTES before the viewing that the viewing was cancelled. Both instances when we called the lady seemed uninterested and took our info and said "we'll look into it and get back to you" and hung up. Haven't gotten called back for any instances. Guess we aren't good enough to even look at their property?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented with leenan for 2 years. Good, well maintained building. Close to my workplace which was a big bonus. They were very prompt in responding to maintainance issue at first. Sarah was very nice to us and ensured we were comfortable then she got a new position and no longer dealt with customer service. A new person came in and we didn’t have the best time afterwards. As they were going through some changes, they were not easily accessible. Although they had an online portal which made it easier without having to phone them directly, we still didn’t get prompt responses. They have great potential just need to do a bit more work to get there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 stars if i could. When we moved in it was clearly dirty, hand prints on the walls, dirty baseboards and a broken cabinet. During our initial walk throw one of the walls that was painted black and had some dings. we asked if they’d be fixed and Karen the “land lord” coloured over them with sharpie right in front of us. Some issues we had while living there weren’t addressed and they were very hard to get ahold of. During the move out inspection everything seemed to be going fine until we got our damage report back. we were charged $650 for a lightbulb we didn’t change, $400 for cleaning which was ridiculous and charged for the broken cabinet door that was broken when we moved in. we tired to call to discuss but they would never get back to us. They say they hire cleaners but I believe that is a complete lie, like i said the place was not very clean when we moved in. forgot to mention when we moved in there where thumb tacks in the walls where the previous tenants may have hung posters. I’m sure if they actually hired cleaners like that say those wouldn’t be there.
Main point is this is save your money and avoid this company at all cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've only been a tenant for almost a year but so far so good. My "landlord" Karen is super friendly and accomodating when it came to my housing inspection. She brought maintenance in for minor things I, myself didn't think mattered. The maintenance man, Avi, was super friendly and fixed up the minor repairs in literal seconds! I'm very happy with Leenan and their services for the past year!
