★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't rent apartments/condo with them. They are scammers. Will bring you into apartment cheap just to bring you in without any notice that next year they will increase 300$ more for apartment rent. Worst experience ever I had renting place with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You'll never get your full security deposit. Even if you maintain the suite well and paid rent on time. We got only less than $300. We paid 1095 as security deposit. The care taker said they'll reduce the money for usual cleaning but they cheated.
