Same experience with the rest of the people here, 1st attempted to doorbell but left fast! 2nd attemp, no doorbell and just left the tag where it flew!

Horrendously bad experience. Delivery person dropped a door tag and left despite being two steps from the front door, and they've been holding my item at the wrong location for almost a week. I've had to call customer service 5 times just to get the item moved, and they offer no information up front. The bot they have for calling is the worst, and there's very few options that actually get you to a customer service agent. They spam call me *every day* to tell me the item is at the wrong hold location, and the whole time they shove the "this will be shipped back to the original location in 5 days if you don't pick it up" thing down your throat. It's just such an anxiety-inducing process. Overall, the delivery and services have been stressful and annoying from start to finish. I'm never going to use them again unless absolutely necessary.

Riddle me this, Regina: is it delivery when they make one attempt at 8AM (when two people are home but somehow aren't notified), then ask you to drive all the way to Airport Road to pick it up after 3PM? Would you categorize that as delivery, let alone convenient? I welcome your thoughts.

I asked if they were going to be inputting the info direct into their computer. I was asked to complete paperwork while waiting; then only finding the staff enter it direct in the computer was very annoying!

Currently on the phone with an individual by the name of peter who is refusing to let me speak to a supervisor or manager after it has been established that they have delivered the package to the wrong address for over a month now..

This is the 5th time my parcel has arrived opened or damaged with parts missing/stolen. The delivery person has not marked the parcel as "delivered" so I can't even put in a claim to get a refund from Rockauto.

I hate when packages are sent FedEx. Drivers or most them seem lazy. Can’t hit a button or doorbell to let them know they have your package. Instead they are happy to waste the fuel and just put a β€œattempted” to deliver sticker on the door. Customer service is a joke. Turn your head to the wall and complain you’ll get a better outcome. Or at least nothing will be lost in translation. Also why would you reattempt to deliver when you didn’t even attempt the first time. Your driver is going to drive across town and what give me another sticker. Good job fed ex. I requested I pick it up so I’m not dealing with your useless driver. But that got lost in translation I suppose. Get a direct number to contact specific facilities please instead of talking to someone that doesn’t even know where Saskatchewan is.
