N	Nima Ne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a compact SUV for a family trip and confirmed 2 days before the date.. when I went to receive the car today I was told the SUV is not available and only a sedan is available which was not acceptable since we had a trip planned and there was no way our stuff would fit in a normal car. Single handedly ruined a family trip and no decency to give me a call a day before to let me know there is no availability.
K	Keith Cooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY! I rented a van from this location Aug 26th - 29th for a trip to Quebec. I booked the van online through Hertz website which included Unlimited Kilometres. When I arrived at the location I was told it's only unlimited in Ontario and would need to purchase additional kilometres for each day (I contacted Hertz Corporate and they explained that this is incorrect, I shouldn't have had to pay more for Quebec). He generated a new reservation/order # (red flag) and charged me extra for all 4 days even after I explained that the first day we weren't leaving the province and were staying in Ottawa. Hertz Corporate will not help you, this location is an Independent Licensee so they basically have free reigns to do whatever they want. The brakes on the van were also suspect and needed servicing. I have no idea how this location is still in business based on all the bad reviews (which I would imagine are all true from my experience here) and why Hertz even allows this owner to represent their brand. DO NOT RENT HERE, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF! NET LOSS = $92.90.
S	Syahrizal Samsudin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor customer service, the rep was going to charge a Camry for a full size SUV rate, and his explanation why the Camry deserves that rate is because it comes with leather seats. He also insisted on taking full insurance or was going to charge $5000 on my credit card. Rude, not welcoming at all.

Good thing my Statue of Limitations is two years. Absolutely 0 Stars... In fact, climbing into a window and taking the keys is far enough to never ever use one of you. Your guy is a crook, I caught him and he threw me out and I called the cops. Always review the contract when you get in like I did.

We called to confirm and they had nothing to say but... sorry for the inconvenience. If we'd show up the day of they would have probably just ignored us. I can't believe this place is operating. 0 stars
