M	Madison Hamilton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best experience I think I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Ana is the sweetest nail tech ever!!! She was educated and so thorough and meticulous during my mani/pedi. I’m so impressed and will definitely be back (with friends and family).
E	Elle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just moved to Newmarket and I was looking for a good place to do my nails. Unfortunately my experience here was terrible. I booked ahead of time and when I got there I had to wait 15 mins before I got seated. The man doing my nails didn’t speak English so he kept having to ask the other woman working there to help throughout the process. My pedicure was good but the shellac came out smudged. When I said down to do my shellac and gel nails fill, the woman shaved off my nails without asking me shape and size. She was constantly on the phone during my nail appointment and I ended up staying there for 3 hours. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back here and I hope the next customer that comes in has a better experience than myself.
J	Jeannie Gohn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only gave it a 3 because I felt like I she was rushing to do my nails because she had another client who was coming in and was having a lot more than just her nails done so there fore the other woman was spending a lot more money than I was. She didn't fill most of my nails right to the cuticle either. I didn't realize it until after I walked out of the door. So I went back in and showed her and she said that what I seeing was my cuticles and that it wasn't my nails so all she also said that she didn't paint my nails right to the cuticles because some people don't like it like that. Well first of all I know what I was seeing was my nail and not my cuticles and secondly she didn't ask me if I wanted my nails painted to my cuticles or not. She repainted my nails and sent me on my way. I left there feeling like I still needed to get my nails filled again. Not to mention that the prices that they have on their website are not not the same prices that they charge you when you get there. So please just be aware of those things if you decide to go there.

M	Melissa Crozier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time at the lounge. It's clean, beautiful and inviting. The girls here are kind, professional and experienced. I love this set and as a server/bartender I recieved multiple compliments last night when grabbing plates or placing things on the tables. I will return to this establishment regularly BC of my amazing experience. My only complaint is the length (you can't go longer once trimmed) which we discussed prior to choosing it. I mentioned that i would prefer longer as we were on a time crunch due to me having to work after. With that being said I was told that if I was not satisfied that they would happily fix anything. 10/10

I called that morning, and they were really busy but said they could squeeze me in. They stayed open longer to finish my nails and Jessica did such a phenomenal job on my nails! I love them and they are exactly what I wanted. She was kind and super talented and patient! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone - their professionalism is unmatched and its obvious they care greatly about what they do and their customers.
a	amy lambert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this place went for first time on Saturday they closed at 6.00pm I called her name was Judy and she asked if iv ever been before I said no but I could be there really quick this was at 5.06pm she said if I can be there by 5.30. I said yes called Uber went their and they were so welcoming. The best part was she did a fabulous job on my nails and her assistant too I'm so sorry I forgot her name but she too did an excellent job on my pedicure. I loved it do much I got the gel nails and they have a better method cause it doesn't burn with the UV lights. Check it out for yourselves and you will see. Their customer service is always top notch. The quality of the nails and the expertise that goes into application, shaping and polish is the best I've seen. I've never had a nail fall off and the paint never chips. I always leave the salon so happy, I cant recommend this salon more. The set in the picture included was done by Chi :)
