n	nazanin m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going there for a couple of years. The quality is meh but I was too busy to switch so I stayed with them. The main problem is they are terribly disorganized and don't have any respect to their customer's time. Every time I checked in at my appointment time my technician was busy and took me in with 15-30minutes delays. I always tried to understand and being patient. Today she booked me at 2:30 and as greedy they (or the owner) are, they took a walk-in just a few minutes before I arrive. The result was that the technician should work on both of us at the same time. After one hour and half only half of my toes were done. Despite the fact that I made an effort to go today, but I said enough is enough and paid for what they have done and walked out. They didn't even care...they've lost a 5-year loyal customer just like that. They didn't even apologize!

They took so much of their time and efforts to make my nails natural and beautiful again. ? I recommend 1000%of my friends and family to use their services. Hana is amazingly talented. I’ve never seen a nail artist so attentive to detail, she is a perfectionist in the best way possible!
