S	Scott Hill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a frequent flyer at York Rehab due to my work and I find everyone there is committed, friendly and on top of their game. I feel strongly enough about the high level of knowledge, skills and abilities of our physiotherapist, Fiona MacKenzie, That our kids go there. I would, and have recommended them to my peers and think the single negative comment posted is just so contradictory to my positive experiences-some people cannot ever be satisfied I guess. The staff have excellent relationships with local surgeons as most work in the Rehab Department at Southlake Hospital and are up to date on post op protocols and recovery treatment plans of the area Doctors amd Specialists. Wait times are never an issue, I have been to a keswick clinic where you regularily waited 45 minutes to an hour everytime which is just beyond stupid.

As a competitive gymnast it was important for her to get quality care so she would be able to return to the sport she loves. The front desk staff booked us an appointment with ease, and was very friendly. The physiotherapist not only treated the injury, but gave my daughter the tools to hopefully avoid the same injury in the future. She was given a stretch and strengthen program to use while at the gym. Thank you York Rehab we have a very happy and healthy gymnast on our hands now.

This time not so much my physiotherapist didn't seem to really care that much and wouldn't physically do anything with my ankle. Appointments got shorter and shorter every week some times only 10 minutes long and only once a week.

C	Chris Grant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service, very personable staff and excellent explanation on what we were doing, the problem/pain I was experiencing and what we are doing to correct it. I'd give 6 stars if I could! Felt heard and appreciated as an individual with a unique set of circumstances. Will update as rehab progresses but I am extremely optimistic that I have found the person to help me.
