★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got referred by my doctor to get tested for allergies in the covid vaccine but Dr Changs position on the vaccine being safe out weighed that of the medical research posted on pubmed in regards to allergic reactions causing illness or death.Even though a test could have been done for one known component Dr Chang did not proceed with following up on it as pressure from the College and government placed president over Oath to help patients get better or proper medical advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today for allergy testing. ALL staff (which is very rare in medical offices in my experience) were extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Chang was great and discussed other alternatives for me to try since my allergy test results came back negative. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit and highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw Dr. Chang for a few years. He was wonderful. My asthma went for non controlled to almost never bothering me. I tried the zoloft injections and it was so helpful! The team there was great in helping me find additional coverage for the $1500/mth injections so I only paid $15/mth out of pocket. If I ever move back to Ontario, there is no one else I would rather see for my allergies and asthma!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their patient rooms have large windows with blinds which are apparently broken so you can not close them for privacy. The nurse asked my daughter to undress and did not provide us privacy. She also walked in on my daughter changing without knocking. When I complained to the dr about the privacy he said that next time we could just crouch down under the window to change. Then when we went to leave and I asked the receptionist where the washrooms were, she pointed to my daughter and said "HE will have to use the other bathroom." I just could not believe the manners and unprofessionalism of this place!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick and efficient. Probably one of the cleanest offices I have been in (no dust or dirt even on the baseboards). As for the privacy concerns mentioned by some...it is on the second floor, the blinds are broken but are arranged in a manner that they might as well be closed. The only way anyone is seeing you from outside in those rooms is if you get up on the exam table and change directly in front of the window. Being that they are mirrored windows...no one is seeing even then. The nurse who administered the test was lovely and personable and the dr himself..well , he didn't give me an hour long presentation...he told me what I was allergic to and how to treat it, gave me the sheet and said the ladies at the front would explain it further if necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure you call and cancel your appointment before your loved one passes away, else you’ll get a wonderful, condescending voicemail berating you that others are trying to get in.
I literally couldn’t believe it myself. I get the last 2 years have been hell for most people on this planet (thanks to the pandemic) but it wouldn’t hurt to remind oneself that the other person on the end of that phone could very well be going through sheer hell.
Proceed with caution.
