Love my doctor but trying to book an appt has become very frustrating. β€œwe are experiencing a high volume of calls” plays continually while you wait n hold for 30 minutes! Then they call centre closes for lunch so you must call back again and wait another 30 minutes. Come on Family Health Team hire another receptionist to take the β€œhigh volume of calls” if you all chip in together I am sure you can well afford it!

Ok this review is only for the regular appointments not their urgent care. I felt like all the office staff was very polite and helpful as I am new here. The place was very clean and relaxing and I felt my new doctor was nice and listened to my concerns on my first visit, only slighting playing down an issue that I was very concerned because I'm not in the age range for things like that. My only real issue so far has been that my husband (who also goes here) was trying to make two appointments for me for the LONGEST time online and they kept canceling. Finally, we decided let's go in person and we were able to book and get my appointments. To their credit none of the office staff was ever rude (so far).

I just spoke with the rudest receptionist in the history rude receptionists. After waiting to get through I have to speak with a woman who is not even willing to help me or work with me for 1 minute, from the very beginning of the call this woman was beyond rude. Corresponding with two doctors office just trying to get a phone call appointment with a nurse practitioner and a refill on my prescription for anti-depressants (kinda important). I actually had to stop and ask her why she was being so unbelievably rude and she turns around and states she is not her receptionist and disconnects the call. The nurse practitioner works in their office, and I’ve booked phone call appointments through it before because the other office this nurse practitioner works with has very varied hours. Literally just trying to receive mental health assistance, but bravo lady. Hope your day is splendid.

Yes the wait times are long but its understandable due to the world we live in right now. The ladies answering the phones are always kind and helpful. I've been going to my doctor for a couple years now and shes been nothing but good to me. She gives me great advice and listens to my concerns. I've never had a bad expierence.

While I am pleased with the care provided by the resident doctor, I agree with criticism regarding the receptionists. The hours of operation are between 8:30am and 5pm but the phones are rarely switched over in the morning until after 9 am. The call wait times are ridiculous, and I also was in the clinic a few weeks back and called the number, but watched as receptions sat around chatting as we waited on hold. Not recommended!!

Is zero stars an option? This "family health team" is unresponsive and frankly apathetic to patient needs. Forget trying to call, unless you want to be on hold for minimum half an hour. I was in the clinic a few weeks back and called the number, same thing.. "we are experiencing a large volume of calls"...but I watched as 4 receptionists sat around and chat. This is a typical government service institute with no accountability, no sense of service and zero eff's given. I actually feel bad for the good residents and fully understand why they all leave. This place needs someone to run it properly.

I've always had great care here ,until last night. ER doctors. You need to remember people can hear you. Talking about how you can't push a patient because you have tiny arms, while that patient is in front of you, is disgusting. There are signs everywhere talking about how you respect patients. Are you kidding me? I wish I had gotten your name. You need sensitivity training or common decency training.

This place is fantastic. Everyone is very kind and attentive, the administrative staff always do a great job every time I've needed anything at all. The resident doctors in particular really show exceptional enthusiasm in trying to help and understand your needs on a personal level. In my experience, almost everything is done perfectly. If any problems are run into, they're quick to fix them. It's just great. ?❀
