S	Sarah Welch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Dr. Chang for the first time yesterday. My experience with her was incredible! She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. She set my mind at ease on a few different issues I've been dealing with. Her staff was all amazing as well! I feel like I am in great hands with this doctor and cannot wait to deliver my third baby.

As for prenatal appointments with her, she was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I have no idea what some of you are saying about her bedside manners, since she had amazing bedside manners. She always asked if I had any concerns and questions and always asked about my kids and about myself and my life. Honestly an amazing person and obgyn. She visited me at the hospital after every baby, and she'd stay for a while and meet and hold my babies. I am pregnant again, but moved 2.5 hrs away and willing to drive that distance just to have her as my Obgyn again. ❤️? Thank you dr. Chang, oh, her staff are awesome and friendly as well. Her office and entire space even the waiting room is always very clean and sanitary. Even before covid. They don't even allow outdoor shoes inside, which is another very sanitary thing I love about their office

Rather than making me wait for a scheduled appointment for results she called me as soon as possible after receiving results. Her office and staff is incredibly organized. Her bedside manner is kind and informative. Her quick response to my situation may very well have saved my life.

S	Shabnam Alam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is a option for -ive rating, I would give her. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. She makes you feel that she is doing a free favour by giving you an appointment but she doesn't realize she is been paid for it.she ruins your day with her arrogance.
N	Nadia N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first appointment with Dr Chang was okay and it Was over the phone and she actually took time to explain to me how birth control works…. However it was downhill from there…. During my pregnancy check ups she was okay but shamed me for gaining too much weight, i was 131 lbs pre pregnancy and i gained 10 lbs in the 2 trimester and she told me to stop eating whatever i was eating…. Moving forward i asked her to do a stretch and sweep at 38 weeks and she did but was very very rough…. All my friends got it done and said its just a discomfort, moving forward i gave birth and it wasn’t dr chang that did the delivery which i know it can happen. Go to my appt post partum that had to be in person because i had a c section and she wanted it to be a phone appt, i had to get a letter from Southlake stating that my appt needed to be in person…. That made me mad, last but not least i ask for a breastfeeding birth control and she prescribed a birth control that altered my milk , she says it cant be the pill, it has to be my VACATION FLIGHT that altered my milk…. Are you kidding me ? I stopped taking the pill and my milk went back to normal so then i call her stating that i need a different pill and she says she doesnt believe it was the pill and that she can either give me an IUD or i can use condoms moving forward…. RIDICULOUS, if i get pregnant in the future i will not be going back to Dr Chang for sure … such a rude women and didnt bother to help me whatsoever

Always very precise, and never left any of my questions unanswered. I had her for my second C section delivery, and she made me feel completely at ease and taken care of. Her bed side manner worked wonders for me, and I have zero complaints. Fun, friendly and got the job done. Her office runs very smoothly, and I never had to wait excessively for my scheduled appointment time.

This was my 2nd pregnancy after 3 years so i clearly dont remember much about all the things that are normal or not normal Dr Chang made me feel reassured in regards to my worries. I like that she is straight forward, tells you like it is Not planning to have a 3rd but if I was, I would definitely have her as my OB again.
