★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the WORST womens clinic! Took someone and the old lady at the front desk was rude and incompetent! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!! Very unhelpful and stupid front desk assistants!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible place & I do not recommend. As someone who is trying to get help and answers, I have been failed more than once by this place. The first time the person who was there was apparently away in the beginning of October & whoever was left in charge didn't know how to check the messages. Not to mention the Dr. himself gave me a paper with the WRONG PHONE NUMBER to call.. you would think they would update these kinds of things.
Now the second time I was failed, once again I left a message to the correct number that was given to me back in October when I was finally able to get a hold of them. The lady just told me they were busy and asked why I was calling to which I explained and she just said 'oh we're not doing cycle monitoring right now, so you'll have to call back in the new year' NOT ONCE did she should apologetic in any way or even sound like she wanted to help. I will not be going back to this place, and I hope they know they're not dealing with simple appointments, its people like myself who are reaching out for help and are looking for fertility answers. I've been let down by this place twice and it just adds to the current stress of trying to conceive
