Dr. Grace Yeung

I love doctor yeung, she actually listens and has been the best gyno I’ve been to so far. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because her receptionist is so rude!! She screams at the patients, and I’m not even talking about myself. The way she dealt with every other woman that came in with a question or something, she was completely hostile and unprofessional. You shouldn’t work with people if you don’t like working with people!

This isn’t my first time bringing this to the attention of Dr. Yeung and her office. Your receptionist is extremely rude, condescending, and lacks basic understanding. This also isn’t the first time your receptionist has passed her place with me. It appears the only way for these matters to be resolved is by voicing my concerns by means of leaving a public review. To provide some context Dr. Yeung and I had a follow up phone appointment scheduled for today. Literally not even a minute after missing her call I immediately phoned her right back and spoke with the receptionist who answered the phone by immediately placing me on hold. Not allowing me to state my name, reason for call, NOTHING, just immediately placed me on hold. The hold in question lasted for a total of 5 minutes. After the receptionist Lisette returned to the phone call I explained why I was calling (I.e. follow up and to provide Dr. Yeung with the alarming news that was discovered from my most recent ultrasound). The receptionist Lisette’s response was merely a snicker before proceeding to say “the dr has moved on to somebody else I can tell her to call you back not sure when she will though” After reiterating yet again that I had just missed Dr. Yeung’s phone call and was immediately placed on hold after calling her back the receptionist proceeded to say “yeah I’ll tell her to call you back” the receptionist repeated this about 3-4 times while giggling and snickering in the background ... That’s not ok nor is it acceptable at all. You work at a Dr.’s office I’m sure you have women from all walks of life calling in about pressing matters as it pertains to their health. Do you think behaving in such a manner anyone would feel comfortable dealing with you, speaking to you, or even trusting you enough to believe that you’ll indeed pass along and or forward messages, emails, and or any information a patient has provided to you to the Dr??? Surely you can see why I’d be quite upset and not pleased with someone as arrogant and condescending as the receptionist is calling me back to have some sort of conversation after having just treating me like that in the phone call moments before. This review is by no means a reflection of Dr. Yeung and her practice but rather voicing my concerns about the experience it seems I continuously face whenever I have to deal with the receptionist. It isn’t right at all and judging by the negative reviews it appears there’s always some sort of issue whenever patients call in and have to deal with her receptionist.

Great OB. Listens to your concerns, and she did an amazing job delivering our twins. She did a c-section for our Didi twins. You can barely see a scar at the incision site. The receptionist, Lisette, is also nice. Lisette responds to emails promptly and informs Grace. If we have kids again, Grace will be our OB.

Dr. Grace Yeung is an amazing OB who has given me the best care. My first appointment was after 2 months of the worst, constant morning sickness Ive ever experienced. Thankfully, Dr. Yeung was caring, compassionate and put together a treatment plan that allowed me to get back to work and back to being a mom. Every visit she is upbeat, answers all of my many questions and doesn't make me feel rushed. I'm so thankful to have been referred to her and recommend her to all of my friends. A special shoutout to Lisette, her awesome assistant who has helped me when I was in a bind with ultrasound paperwork and is always kind during each appointment. This is a wonderful team!

Ive been waiting for appointment schedule call since LAST YEAR(so funny) . I and my family doctor did followup with them, but haven't received any call to inform the appointment schedule. This is so unprofessional. They don't even pick up the phone or return the voicemail. If you don't have a time to get a new patient, simply DON’T GET IT, reject it, thats it. Why you are wasting the patient time? Not happy with their service and not recommending to any body.

There were 7 Doctors who already seen me before Doctor Yeung, but I'm so grateful that I was referred by Doctor Owen to her. Though my case was very hard she took me in her care without hesitation. She did my surgery 6 months ago and because of her I have my normal life back. She's really “a very good Doctor" with a caring heart. THANK YOU SO MUCH Dr. Grace Yeung as well as to your team and office Secretary.

Receptionist was extremely short and rude - trying to discuss my concerns with her to see if Dr. Yeung would be a good fit for my situation and she just constantly cuts me off and won't listen to what I'm trying to ask her. Was repeating "go into any walk-in clinic" when that wasn't even the issue... If you're looking for a place that will listen to your concerns, this isn't it.

the best doctor my baby came into the world last February and although Dr. Grace could not be present she had a wonderful staff that made my delivery more special than it was. my assigned dra that day and most of all my nurse Julianne oh god!!! loved you all. contact Dra Grace so you can have an excellent experience with her and the excellent Humber hospital.
